Such a wonderful unique piece of artwork. Excellent quality and service The whole experience was super easy.
Had to make a change to some wording and this was as such an easy process and delivery was much quicker than expected. Would 100% recommend for that unique, special gift.

The customer service was amazing and so helpful.
I received our canvas and it was absolutely perfect! It was a surprise for my husband. Hes someone who hates receiving gifts and this was one that he absolutely loved!

I ordered a custom portrait and submitted reference photos. I specifically requested a proof before printing, but no proof was ever provided.

The final product was printed and shipped without my approval, and unfortunately the likeness and skin tone do not match the photo I submitted.

When I reached out to request a full refund, the company declined.

For a custom product, I expected at minimum a proof approval process. I’m disappointed in both the result and the lack of resolution. Wish I could add the photo

I bought the watercolor portrait for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and we both loved it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it came out and how beautifully the Buddha behind us came out.

customer service, including changing the background after first draft, were unbelievably great.....appreciate the flexibility. End Product is special and well done.....will use them again!!!!

Where to start- I ordered a Valentines gift from Lime and Lou well before the posted cutoff day/time. I was given tracking information at the time of purchase. The tracking information kept coming back that the gift would be delivered on 2/13/2026 as promised. On 2/12 I received an email stating Lime and Lou had printed the shipping label. Strange that they thought it would make it across country in 1 day, but that’s what the email said. Of note, I paid an extra $8 for expedited shipping. Of course, the 13th came and went without receiving the gift. I then get a standard email offering to reimburse the $8 and blaming the issue on UPS. This was not a UPS issue as Lime and Lou printed the label a day before the delivery date. To make matters worse, I then started receiving multiple emails asking me to review the product that I didn’t have. I sent multiple emails explaining that I hadn’t received anything and got the same generic apologetic email offering the $8. The simple and evident truth is Lime and Lou knowingly sold products that they knew couldn’t be deliver on time. They also have very poor customer service capabilities relying heavily on non human bots to do their dirty work of trying to cover their below board business practices. It’s a calculated risk that this time will cost them a terrible review and loss of a customer.

The final product came out so good. Fits perfectly in our movie room
