The customer service was fantastic. They worked with me to make the design I wanted and were very helpful. The delivery was prompt and in time for Valentine’s Day. I’m very happy with Lime and Lou and will buy from them again.

Paid $15 for shipping and it showed up 4 days after it was supposed to arrive….2 days after my anniversary. Yes it was a present for my wife. I would have paid over night but i ordered it 2 weeks in advance. So it shows up late, they emailed (after i sent an email asking why it was late) and said they would reimburse the $15….how nice. Then when my wife opens it the corner is banged up. Overall very cheap looking plastic not glass on the frame. And the words from the song are just a sticker.

The final watercolor likeness of our pet, Edward, looks like a painting presented to us from an artist. We are so thankful to Limeandlou for their fine work!

Lime and Lou have exceeded my expectations on everything from ornaments to wall art. I love this company for matching my memories with significant lyrics from my favorite songs.

The experience was easy as it can get, even for a non savvy tech person like me. My wife loved 🥰 it !!!!!

Highly recommend getting your custom piece to a friend or loved one. My wife cried when she received the custom portrait of us and the wording added to the painting. It was absolutely beautiful and will order may more to frame around the house and gift others. Thank you guys…A++

Lime & Lou DELIVERED! After a shipping incident caused the package to be re-routed for 8 weeks, Lime & Lou reprinted the portrait and shipped another. It was worth the wait! Wonderful customer service (though they did tell me to "keep waiting" quite a few times,) very responsive and kind. They were very patient, too, as I changed my mind several times after seeing previews.

I’m not playing with this. I submitted the order on 2/13/26. I paid expedited shipping for it to be delivered by 2/19/26-2/20/26. This didn’t happen. I asked for, and received my expedited shipping funds back. I was told that they would speak with the production team and let me know what’s going on. Keep in mind, this is after their first attempt at telling me that it was a shipping delay. They merely generated the label on 2/17/26, it hasn’t left the warehouse. Spare me the “we understand how frustrating” lines you’ve been giving everyone else. Spare me the offer of a discounted new order. Spare me the excuse that it has been shipped. It hasn’t. Silly me for trusting the reviews left here. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank already. I’ll do whatever else I can as well. Return my funds entirely, or just send what I ordered. I don’t want to hear any other fake empathy. Ridiculous. Your staff is literally posting new Instagram stories, while ignoring my Instagram comments, messages and emails.

I had ordered a print for a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. I was not aware there was a way to preview it as I was just going off of what I had seen on the facebook ad. Looked good to me. Well when it arrived it wasn't what I had hoped for and when I gave it as a gift my BF said "he looked like a pig in it". So he would never hang it on the wall. I reached out to Limeandlou and they were very gracious and offered (at no charge) to reprint a different photo of my choice and I chose to do it in the watercolor this time. They made sure it arrived by Valentine's Day. My new print was beautiful and my BF loved the new photo as a watercolor print!! They sent me a preview so that I knew what it would look like and shipped it fast and at no cost to me. NO cost for me for any of it. Their communication was always fast and friendly. I would recommend Lime and Lou to everyone as they really stood behind their product and even more their customer satisfaction!!

User friendly website and ease of ordering. Plus, delivery was quick after ordering and communication was excellent. Very pleased with the water color portrait that will be given to my granddaughter

Product came out great. I was worried about the word placement on the picture, but they did a great job at doing so. The staff that I dealt with was helpful and answered questions that I had promptly.
