Cela fait depuis début novembre que j’attend ma commande, j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails on m’a répondu deux fois avec en plus un mail automatique qui me propose 10% sur ma prochaine commande. Je n’ai même pas eu la première vous ne pensez quand même pas que je vais recommander chez vous.

No delivery, no replies, have I been scammed?

I placed an order on the 13th December, where I also paid for express shipping (to the UK). I received an email on the 16th December, to say deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual, but that my order is already packed and ready to be shipped. I emailed them on the 21st and 26th December for updates, and eventually got a reply on the 30th, offering me a 'personal' update. The update did not include any expected shipping date, and was full of the same useless apologies and excuses. They even had the cheek to offer me a 10% code on my next order as an apology, because they really believe I will give them more of my money. I asked for updates again on the 2nd and 5th January, and have received absolutely nothing at all back from them.

It has got to the point where I feel I have been completely scammed, and judging by other reviews, I am preparing for the hard task of either receiving my order at all, or getting a refund.

My partner has recently commented on their Instagram page, and has witnessed her and other comments being deleted.

Wat een slechte winkel is dit

Wat een slechte winkel is dit. Op 8 december een bestelling geplaatst en betaald, nog steeds geen pakketje binnen. Ze beloven dat ze binnen 5-8 dagen leveren: dit is een leugen. Ik heb geen bericht ontvangen over waarom het lang duurt of waar mijn pakketje blijft. Helemaal waardeloos dus, ik ga hier nooit meer bestellen want nu lijkt het er op dat ik mijn geld nooit meer terugzie.

Order never arrives and refund request is ignored

I placed an order on 11 November and two months later I still haven’t received it — not even a tracking email!

Every time I tried to contact them, they provide excuses for the delay (“it is Black Friday season”) and refused to cancel my order or refund my money!

Be careful and think twice before ordering from this site! There is a high possibility to lose your money.

Une arnaque ou pas ?

Attention ce site ressemble de plus en plus à une arnaque, pas totale, car ils doivent envoyer quand même quelques commandes mais par exemple ma commande #44126 a été encaissée mais jamais envoyée. Le pire, faites le test en envoyant un message sur leur insta ou facebook personne ne répond !

Missing item, no customer service

I ordered an item intended as a Christmas gift for my friends at the end of November and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received it. I have been given no tracking information. I have contacted customer service 5 days ago (via both options) who are apparently available all week and meant to respond within 24 hours and I have had no response. I think this place is a scam.

Ho fatto un ordine il 28 novembre, dovrebbe metterci massimo 8 giorni ad arrivare. Mi è arrivata un'unica mail una settimana dopo dicendo che si scusavano poiché gli ordini col black friday erano stati tanti e ci sarebbero stati ritardi.
Oggi siamo al 19 dicembre e non ho notizie del mio ordine.
Il servizio clienti è inesistente, ho mandato un sacco di mail e DM senza avere risposta.
L'ordine non so dove sia né se esista. A questo punto posso solo salutare i miei soldi e regali di natale.

Slechte reviews....ze kloppen !

30-11-2025 oorbellen besteld bij Lillys Amsterdam. Tot op heden geen oorbellen ontvangen. Netjes een email gekregen dat het iets langer zou duren door Black Friday, en een email met daarin hoeveel klanten ze 5 sterren gegeven hadden. Niets meer gehoord verder. Had ik maar eerst de reviews gelezen, dan had ik nooit besteld hier. Hoop dat het toch nog in orde komt, maar heb er een hard hoofd in. Zo niet dan laat ik het er niet bij zitten.

Avoid their website

I have bought earrings on Lillys Amsterdam, they push for discount and you get a second pair half price, that’s what I did, stupid idea. As in fact you receive only one pair! They say that they will look at your order and check what went wrong, but they never answer at the end

According to the official tracking from La Poste (tracking number: 6A03608269503), your parcel was marked as delivered on October 28, 2025. The shipment included the full contents of your order as packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

We understand how concerning it must feel if you believe an item is missing. However, we can confirm that the promotion applied to your order and both pairs were processed under the same shipment. If something appears incomplete upon delivery, we always ask customers to contact us directly so we can investigate immediately — including checking packing records and carrier confirmation.

Items are not delivered

Items are not delivered. Honestly I don't understand the good reviews. Once you order, you receive an order confirmation and then... it's absolutely silent. No follow-ups and zero communication when you try to contact them. I should have trusted the bad reviews and I regret ordering from this company. Please think twice and do not order from them as you will never receive your package.

Niks ontvangen, geen reactie

Ruim 2,5 week geleden oorbellen besteld en niks ontvangen. Staat levertijd 5 tot 8 dagen. Na ruim 1,5 week 2x gemaild maar krijg geen reactie. Al Staat erbij binnen 24 uur. Geen betrouwbare winkel! :(
Inmiddels bijna 3 maanden later nog steeds niks. Hopelijk maken ze een soort doorstart en komt het alsnog. 🤞

According to the tracking information from PostNL (barcode: LR688596670NL), the parcel was returned to sender because the shipping address provided at checkout was marked as incorrect/incomplete by the carrier. When this happens, the delivery cannot be completed and the package is automatically sent back to us.

We completely understand how frustrating it feels not to receive your order — but this was not a case of non-shipment. The order was dispatched on time, and the return was due to the address details provided.

Extremely delayed order, no resolution and no response

I ordered jewelry from Lily’s Amsterdam on July 21st with a promised delivery time of 5–8 business days. Today it has been over three weeks, and my package is still listed as “in transit” with no clear ETA.

This order was meant to be a birthday gift for my best friend, which I’ve now completely missed. I reached out multiple times — initially I received polite but generic replies, and even an offer of a free item, but since then I’ve had no response at all. My last follow-up has been ignored for over a week.

At this point I have no clarity if my order will ever arrive, and no solution has been provided. For a brand positioning itself as premium, this lack of accountability and customer care is extremely disappointing.

If you are considering ordering, be aware that delivery timelines are unreliable, and communication breaks down quickly when things go wrong.
