Ik heb in december 2025 twee paar oorbellen besteld. De bestelling kwam maar niet binnen en ik kreeg geen gehoor van de klantenservice. Meerdere malen geprobeerd contact te krijgen maar wederom geen gehoor.
Na 10 weken 1 setje oorbellen ontvangen maar het andere setje nooit gekregen en geen contact te krijgen met Lily’s. Geld weg en heel erg teleurgesteld. Een heel onbetrouwbaar bedrijf.

I used to buy here regularly. After December 2025 never again. I ordered earrings, 4 pairs - order no. 44107. Got an email that they were experiencing some holiday rush and the order may delay. Fine. Two months passed, not a word. Sent an email, they answered something. Still no earrings. I sent bunch of emails afterwards. No answer - radio silence. Unexpectedly received part of my order with silicone back of the earring not the butterfly one as was pictured on website or how it was previously. That was March. Mind you I ordered in December. Never received the other part of my order, nor the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would say they are scamming people at this point.

It took ages to have my order delivered and also appears gar less solid then expected. I used to be fpund of this brand and its quality. Looks like someone took over and turns this brand in problems.

Order not delivered over a month after ordering
I placed 2 orders at the same time with order #44314 and #44315 on 19th March. They have still not been delivered and I have sent 6 emails and 3 instagram messages since my order and have had no response to any of my messages even though I can see that they have posted on instagram multiple times since I sent my messages and emails!
I have ordered from them in the past and had no issues with delivery, but this time it has been over a month and I have not received my orders or had any kind of contact from the company in response to my 9 emails and instagram messages- and the money has already come out of my account!

Niks kopen bij Lillys Amsterdam. Ze zijn onbetrouwbaar. Ik heb op 8 februari een bestelling geplaatst en tot op heden niks ontvangen. Verschillende mailtjes gestuurd maar krijg ik geen reactie op. Schandalig, heel erg teleurstellend.

Cela fait 1 mois que j'ai passé ma commande et je n'ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Bien sûr l'argent m'a été débité. Ce site est une pure arnaque !
J'en tenté de les joindre par mail, par instagram et personne ne répond.
Je compte faire une procédure en justice pour être remboursée c'est un scandal !

Op basis van de andere reviews verwacht ik niet dat er ooit nog iets gaat komen. Al meerdere berichten gestuurd via instagram en email, maar nul antwoord. Vermijd deze webshop!
UPDATE 26-04-2026: The package arrived today...Surprisingly so. But please people at Lillys, COMMUNICATE to your customers!

I am still waiting on 2 orders#44073 and #44305, Lilly’s Amsterdam ignore all contact. It is a scam they take your money and don’t send the product then ghost you! The only contact they give is info@lillysamsterdam and they don’t reply.
By the way, the only reason I have made 2 orders is because I have ordered lots in the past so thought it was all legit and my first order would eventually show up. After reading other reviews it seems like there have been problems with the company since November 2025 which was when I made my first order I’m waiting on!

Oplichterij ! trap er niet in!
Wat een oplichterij! En maar berichten sturen via de socials en via mail met mooie spullen en aanbiedingen
(zogenaamd dus) maar reageren ho maar! Te schandalig voor woorden. Order geplaatst op 5 jan 206. € 85,- lichter. 1 x een antwoord dat er een verandering in het bedrijf gaande is. Nou geloof er geen snars meer van. Een grote leugen wat mij betreft. Wacht nog 1 week af en dan ga ik echt aangifte doen van internetfraude! Je bent gewaarschuwd!

Malgré votre réponse du 18 février me promettant l’envoi de ma commande#42044 du 28/11/25 pour la mi-mars, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Et de nouveau, je ne reçois aucune réponse aux mails envoyés 🤷🏻♀️ et je n’ai pas besoin de bon de réduction pour ma prochaine commande 😂
Where’s my order
I placed an order MORE THAN 3 MONTHS AGO. Haven’t received it yet or any update of the shipment. They haven’t even replied to any of my emails or messages.
My order is #44185. I hope it’s gets resolved soon. I have ordered once before with no problems. I don’t know what’s going on now.

Ordered lots of jewellery over a month ago hasn’t arrived DONT order from them they don’t answer e mails I’ve had to report to my bank I’ve sent an e mail to you too as you asked me too you then have said address not found , I just want my £73 pounds back ordered 27 Feb I have got my back involved now ,, this company doesn’t deserve 1 star so why have u put on star that they are the worse company I’ve ever dealt with

I have noted in the company's RETURNS POLICY that they will provide a refund if my order hasn't been delivered "within our guaranteed delivery time of 30 days", that is before February 2nd. However, after contacting them 3 times, I still haven't heard back from them.
Scam, don't order.
I placed an order through their website on February 12, 2026 (order #44265) and received a confirmation email the same day. Since then, however, there has been complete silence. Payment was taken, but the jewelry has never been delivered.
I have sent multiple emails and direct messages without receiving any response. At this point, it feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company, as they appear to take payment without fulfilling orders. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
What is going on?!
Have ordered from them before with nonissues and love the earrings. Stupidly, didn’t check reviews as had nonissue in the past. Ordered and over £60 came out of my ac on 24th Feb. Have an order no email: #44289. Had an email on 8th March saying delayed due to Black Friday? Have emailed, with no response. Have sent a DM on Insta, again, with no response. What is going on?!!!
