The ordering process ran smoothly and the product I ordered was well packaged and good quality. My only slight qualm was in not being updated on the delivery side of things - it took slightly longer than I expected, but not to the point where I needed to chase.

The package came in good time and is what was described. Only just started using, will update when I see the affects. But seems to be authentic and clean powdered niacin exactly what I needed. Thank-you for providing this product! 🙂

Communication could be better but otherwise good
I heard nothing from you to confirm the order, despatch etc so I phoned up to confirm all was good but it arrived OK when I wasn't in and collected it from the post office

Shipping time is very good and product was well packaged
The item was just as described and arrived much sooner than I expected and was delivered in excellent condition however the instructions for use was a little confusing and it would be much easier and safer with a measuring spoon.

AVOID at all cost!!!! If i could give Negative 5 i would. I ordered 1 product with 24 hour deliver, its now 10 days since i placed my order and i still haven't got my product! the company still wont refund me either. Diabolical!
