I thought I'd give a new vendor a try…
I thought I'd give a new vendor a try for some capsule fillers etc. Order was made on 24/07/23 and still hasn't arrived. I chased this up as far back as 27th July and was told they'd look into the delayed delivery and have heard nothing back since despite sending a chase up email a week later and even logging a new ticket with their support team. I've ended up just claiming this back with my bank as this company are either scamming people or are horribly disorganised where they can't keep on top of customer queries.

My orders were delivered quickly and I found the person I dealt with to gain some further advice extremely helpful. I also find their pricing on the products I use very competitive.

happy with my order
the products came fast and as expected, happy with them all and the ingredients are of great quality, i was concerned an item was missing from my order, however it was just waiting on stock and they replied to my email very quickly, will buy again

Good product. Postage is a bit steep. Would be happier to wait a few more days to get a cheaper rate. That could be an option. Otherwise no complaints.

paid for next day delivery on a thursday, phoned next day to confirm as i never got a confirmation email as it was instructed after i made payment.i was told itwould be delivered next tuesday and i mentioned i paid for next day delivery so it should be on monday.it was delivered on thursday...phoned again but it was a waste of time. product ok,company to avoid.
