I installed a run of LED lights into shelving which required me to use 11 connectors. I suspect one of the connectors was faulty meaning we couldn't adjust the warmth on the white lightening. Technical support agreed to ship replacement connectors and wire for us free of charge so that we could trace and resolve the problem. End result was great looking LED's. Thanks for all the support!

Good products but not without service troubles. I contacted the team for advice on whether one of their led strips could be cut, they confirmed it was possible and told me roughly what items I would need. However I had to find the items myself, none of their component have pictures so it's all guesswork.

The led strips I bought stated they came with a 4 in 1 splitter, but it actually came with a 1 in 2 splitter. I asked if the company could send me the correct one and I was provided with a "no, sorry" - so I had to buy it myself. It's still wrong on all of their product pages.

Overall the products are good and the person I spoke too was helpful, but it all seemed a bit reserved like they wanted to reply to my emails just enough for me to go away. Likewise the parts they told me I would need were infact wrong, so I now have £25 worth of cables and connectors I can't use.

Excellent service provided by Dave. I would recommend LEDSpace.

These lights fit perfectly with the panels we bought from walls and floors. Really easy to cut to size but you do need the right tools.

Only negative is the sticky velcro straps, the adhesive on them are not sticky enough to stick to the felt. Purchase knowing you will need to use some additional double sides tape to secure them to the felt.

I would recommend these lights

Fantastic product, easy to fit and wire up, looks brilliant couldn’t be happier. I had Jake build the kit for me and deal with all of my questions regarding the product, I could not of asked for more.

Recently had a complete Lighting system supplied complete with soldered light strips. Communication was great and supply and delivery was very prompt. I would recommend LEDspace to anyone and everyone. Very satisfied

Trying to work out what I needed for my install proved beyond me but Lisa sorted out what I needed and provided a link to order with one click. Brilliant!
Whilst instructions in the components I purchased weren't great the support I received over email was excellent. Fast responses, answered my stupid questions and demonstrated patience. The result is a great installation with which I'm really pleased.

Helpful advice from Shaun - who also quickly resolved an issue with the order. Items received in good time. Haven't reviewed the products yet, although service so far has been great.

Great customer service, who helped price the correct items I needed. Speedy delivery and quality strip LED's that worked like a dream. Thank you.

Great products worth every penny great service from all the staff I did phone their helpline a few times and very helpful. Definitely recommend them. 👌

My third purchase and as always, no problems and fast delivery.

Everything was in the box. It was great being able to ask for everything you need and they put it all together. Came the next day. The instructions for the connection joints would be useful.

Excellent company, always happy to help. And delivered promptly. Thank you

Very easy to order from, and lightning-fast delivery. Highly recommended

Easy to order, great product

Fast delivery, very good website when it comes to ordering, used a couple times now and will be continuing to do so, great products at fair prices .

We bought some LED strips for our wood panels that were being fitted around our TV. They look absolutely fantastic. The customer service team are efficient and so helpful. I would highly recommend and will be using again when we do our bedroom!

Great service, many thanks
