A lot of components did not work (considering the price of them). The instillation guide isn’t very clear either. I had to fix a lot of the components myself as I didn’t want to order new ones as the delivery is extremely expensive.

What a FANTASTIC service that Shaun from LEDSpace has provided. With us providing bespoke diagrams, Shaun has provided professionalism throughout the service, finding possibilities of ways to make a hard design possible with exactly what we wanted!

Thank you LED Space, but most importantly, thank you Shaun for your knowledge and perseverance.

They were super helpful and professional.

After being let down by an electrician I had to source the right setup for a bathroom. Dave, via email, was amazing and after several emails sorted everything for me. Couldn't ask for better service. Cheers!

everything I ordered arrived, and job went well. Happy with the results

Great service, fantastic product and fast delivery A++

Great product and great customer service. I had help with my order and a number of additional questions that were all answered well and prompt. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic piece of kit. Been looking for a while and this just works but works really well. I have a stone wall in my kitchen I wanted to light up - done.

After asking for technical advice for a project I was planning I received first class service from LEDspace, even receiving a telephone call to clarify my exact requirements. This enabled me to make my order with confidence. I have used LEDspace’s products before and they are good quality, look great and are performing well.

Had many back and forth with questions and ended up with them supplying a quote of everything I needed. Paid for the parts and they arrived after a few days. One of the boxes was damaged (in transit not Ledspace), messaged them with photos and had a reply very quickly saying a replacement would be sent, arrived after two days.
Can’t speak highly enough of the communication and support.

Ordered a few bits from LED Space. The customer service from Shaun is first class, quickly helped with resolving initial connection issues and then with one of the interfaces being faulty he immediately sent out a replacement and now everything is working as it should. Thank you very much for your customer service Shaun....a very highly recommended company!!

Technical support really helpful. I made an order entry error which they spotted and let me know before shipping. Few issues post installation which they were very helpful in resolving.

Needed support with lights set up as I couldn't get it working quite right. Milena really helped me sort it all out.
Definitely recommend led space

Great service very helpful and fast delivery

From my initial 1st contact to LED SPACE to delivery everything run first class.
You fill in an online form of your request then you get an email with prices. You then pay then it’s all delivered next day.
Dave was my contact who was on the ball with prompt replies. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend these guys. I will definitely be using them again.

Used this service to get some LED lights for some units I’d made for a customer, explained what I needed and was given a quote with all the materials needed. Initially all seemed perfect however they’d missed a power supply off the quote which I had to then order and pay another £10 shipping for. I’m still happy with the service and probably should have checked the quote in more detail. Shipping was fast and the quote itself was fast.

Very pleased with product after slight difficulty of getting it to work. Immediate and unexpected response to my cries for help by email (preferred) and telephone. Taken through issues and helped with next order (based on success of first, very patiently and clearly (by Michael) and looking forward to taking delivery in near future.

Very responsive quote process. Quickly dealt with any issues and the products appear good quality
