I was given a headtorch as a present it had a fault in that it would not charge I contacted ledlenser and there staff have all been helpful and understanding the lamp was returned and a replacement sent absolutely fantastic service

Customer service done right
I reported a problem with my works torches battery via the online portal.
Caroline, responded quickly and was able to help me out with a replacement item.
Even though the torch was purchased via another large retail site, LedLensor have helped fix my issue.
Really nice customer service team.

Out of standard warranty
My P7R Signature was 4 years old and started playing up. It was turning off and buzzing when selecting high power or boost mode. I had forgotten to register for the 7 years extended warranty but thought it may be worth contacting Ledlenser anyway. To my surprise and utter joy, not only did they accept it back to be looked at they replaced it with a brand new 2025 model with more power, a better selection switch and all the accessories! I have a lot of Ledlenser products and this experience has given me great confidence that I chose the right brand. Thank you Ledlenser!

Intermittent fault on switch developed after 4 years moderate use. Once returned and proof of purchase etc submitted, a replacement was immediately sent out. Decent comms throughout.

LEDLenser kindly honoured their…
LEDLenser kindly honoured their warranty for an Ex Rated lamp. With my work in dangerous environments (oil tankers, gas carriers etc.) having reliable equipment is essential, so when my lamp failed after a brief investigation by LEDLenser a replacement was sent out. Unfortunately the courier DPD were poor, as usual, and even then LEDLenser sent out a replacement lamp to help get me going again. Faiza the customer care and servicing agent was superb throughout with prompt communications and a real customer led approach instilling confidence. I would buy again from LEDLenser, and would recommend their products to anyone due to the great warranty and great customer service and communications.

Amazing Customer Service Experience
Amazing customer service from Faiza who was so helpful in replacing my husband’s torch because the batteries got stuck. My husband used his Ledlenser torch daily to walk our dog at night - he loved it because it was so bright and great quality.
My first point of contact at Ledlenser was with Faiza who was so helpful and kindly replaced the faulty one - my husband was delighted!!!

No One Regrets Buying Quality

Led Lenser define customer service
Led Lenser define customer service. Absolutely flawless and rapid processing of a warranty claim.
I have used Lenser lights for many years now and can’t recommend enough for providing first class products and second to customer service should a problem arise.

Don’t buy torches anywhere else
This is a very unusual Company as they actually do what they say. Most Companies spout promises about warranty’s but do everything they can to wriggle out of honouring the warranty
LED Lenser must be the exception as there is a no quibble guarantee. I have purchased additional torches from them for different purposes and quite frankly won’t go anywhere else.
One of my torches broke (headlamp type) however I do use this on a daily basis, a no fuss replacement was sent out the next day. excellent company
