Great products and really helpful customer service
Great products and really helpful customer service. I had an issue with my head torch, which was out of warranty. We guessed it may be the charging cable so customer service sent me a new one to try for free. I used that and the torch is charging fine again. So relieved I don’t need to replace my expensive head torch, which is perfect for my ultra running.

ML4 lantern & customer support
I have a little ML4 lantern. I use it every day and I have been very happy with it. After a year the on/off switch started to misbehave. Ledlenser have sorted it quickly and efficiently.
Their products are not cheap but they are very well designed, high quality, and backed up by good customer service.

Torch developed a fault
Torch developed a fault, but LED Lenser dealt with it well. Return was easy and customer service was helpful and responsive. Faults happen — it’s how they’re handled that matters.

Great product and service
My excellent P7R torch developed a fault. The returns process was straightforward and I was issued with a new torch, dispatched by Royal Mail 24 tracked. Great service, very high quality product. Worth the money in my view.

Have and use 3 x P7R Core and P14
Have and use 3 x P7R Core and older P14's. They do not have an easy life and are used a lot, had one P7R become faulty after 5 years and immediately and without quibble replaced under warranty by led Lenser. You don't get service and reliability like that in many places.

I use Ledlenser for all of my flashlight needs both for work and leisure and have never had cause for complaint. All items that I have purchased have always performed excellently.
Additionally, In the rare occurrence of any problems, the customer service department are easy to deal with and extremely helpful.

Fantastic product backup / warranty
I’ve had a number of Ledlenser headtorches and a couple of their hand torches over the years and they have all been great and very robust. I recently had an issue with my neo10r headtorch and contacted Ledlenser to see if I could get a replacement part. They promptly replied saying that there wasn’t a part available as it was discontinued but asked if I had a copy of the receipt as it might fall under the warranty. After digging out a copy of the receipt (luckily I had kept a copy of the original email receipt from 5years earlier!!) and sending a photo of the issue they sent a return form to me. Within a couple of days I received an email saying that they couldn’t repair the headtorch but they would replace it with the latest more powerful (and generally more up to date) version. Its great and very refreshing when companies genuinely backup the warranty they offer. I tend to be very sceptical and often feel companies try to wriggle out of them – but I have to say Ledlenser were brilliant and actively encouraged me to send it in to check if there was anything they could do. I have no hesitation in offering 5 stars – I would offer more if I could!
