From the moment I made my warranty claim I had nothing but really helpful people emailing to make sure I got everything I needed. Really quick to reply to any question I had, even when I’d made a mistake and left something out they asked for when I sent item back, it was no issues and everything sorted in 24 hours

I recently bought a top rated torch from Ledlenser, but it stopped working two weeks ago.So I reached out to customer support and the responses from Faiza was prompt. Over a week of email communications, and patience from her side, it became clear that I needed to fill in a warranty claim. Following this she promptly arrange to replace the torch.She was very friendly and professional in guiding me through the process. I am an avid fan of the company and own 5 of its torches. The customer service from Faiza was equally good.So the company has excellent torches backed up by excellent support service staff such as Faiza.

You replied to my email only yesterday and my package arrived today.
Immediately I assembled my torch (admittedly with some apprehension about whether or not it would work) and to my delight, it worked immediately.
So in conclusion, my battery cage became faulty (no idea why) and you have sorted me out under warranty.

I’ve had a LedLenser PR7 for quite a few years, excellent torch. It stopped working so I contact their Customer Support department, and they responded quickly with a suggestion solution. Ordered new part, and it’s fixed. Thanks Faiza 🌟

5 year old torch stopped working and Ledlenser were both very fast in organising return of torch and then sending me a replacement for free. Great communication and great customer service. The torches are brilliant too.

Really helpful customer services, answered really quickly and helped me with my problem when they didn't really have to 😊

Great experience with this product. Their torch feels high quality and well built.
Their warranty is great. The process is easy and fast. I would definitely recommend ledlenser.

Bought a torch from Ledlenser for work which became defective, I had forgotten to register for the warranty, but this was no problem there customer service team helped me ever step of the way, from sending out replacement parts to replacing the whole torch.

Only had the torch a year but the push switch did not work. I had registered the P3 core ,something I normally would not have bothered . Anyway posted it off and it was replaced by the new P3. So good service.
Should have registered my old P3 as it flickers and goes out

My item was missing its warranty card and the wrist strap; I emailed their customer service department and my issues were resolved quickly.

Had an issue with it not turning on or off, these things happen.

Contacted Ledlenser, just needed purchase date, issue and to return for inspection(minus the battery).

Warranty confirmed and replacement received a couple of days later.

Purchased a head torch about a year ago from Amazon but unfortunately it packed up on me as Ledlenser it's a good touch, I thought there was no need to to fill out the warranty form as they did last but on this occasion so I rang the company and explain what happened I was amazed by them, telling me to return it, and we will send a new one free of charge. Okay, it cost me £10 to return the old one, but I did three days, a new one arrived what amazing service

A small but vital part of my X21R2 torch, purchased in 2015, broke, leaving the torch working, but difficult to operate. Knowing the torch was well out of warranty, I contacted LED Lenser customer services to ask if they could put me in touch with a repair centre. By way of a response, I was offered a replacement LED torch head free of charge. Replacement part arrived in super quick time, safely and securely packaged. This torch has been used pretty much every day for the past ten years. With products this durable and customer service this good, why would you buy any other brand of torch

Personal and helpful response to warranty claim. Four stars because there was a mistake made in that the Ledlenser representative did not pick up that two torches were being returned under warranty.

Had a slight problem re part of my address being missing, a quick e-mail to Ledlenser UK all sorted out and the items ordered arrive on time. More than happy with the torches that I ordered and also happy with the customer service.
