Very professional team and helpful

I needed a new battery compartment replacement for my old torch. These torches are built to last and I couldn’t remember when I purchased it, so was unsure if they were still made. After inputting all the information (including all the numbers on the front of my torch) the ‘chat’ service informed me exactly what to order, and even gave me an ‘order now’ option which was most helpful.
I immediately placed the order on Friday, and received the new one the following morning.
I was initially concerned that I might have been sent the wrong model, as the new version has only two contacts on the compartment instead of three, but everything works perfectly.
Ledlenser is great company, with fantastic, friendly customer service.

After an initial issue with my X21R torch head, Ledlenser sent me a brand new torch, battery, charging device inside a new carry case.
After eliminating the battery and the charger as not causing the light to malfunction sporadically, I returned the torch head to be sent a full new product.
I would recommend Ledlenser. They commit to their product and they honour their warranty

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. I bought a headtorch in 2024 and unfortunately the on/off button got a bit faulty. After contacting the team, Faiza kindly supported me in providing the necessary steps to receive a replacement item, and after me sending the item back In the post, two days after them receiving it I have a replacement on the way.

It is so refreshing to speak to a company that are not only friendly and understanding, but genuinely have a desire to help the customer rather than focus purely on profit. Customer for life

Ordered a heads torch and case on a Friday night around 10.30pm delivered Monday, awesome service
I ordered the wrong products and after a conversation with customer service I was able to return and reorder the correct items with minimal fuss
The correct items were delivered 2 days later and was refunded within 3 days

The lanyard broke onn my Led lenser torch, which I had owned for 18 months. I emailed led lenser to say this - and without any need for further correspondence, they immediately sent a replacement out. I have two of their torches both of which are the brightest/best I own for their size

Helpful and quick service. DPD left my parcel at the front door even though there’s a bin shed right next to it! Just laziness honestly and someone stole it.

P7R Signature developed at charging fault at 14 months. Contacted Ledlenser to replace under warranty. Quite simple to do (Consumer has to pay return postage) but item was replaced and customer service agent I dealt with (Faiza) was excellent, very helpful and infomative.

My LEDLenser head torch has given excellent service for many years, however developed an intermittent problem some 6 years after purchase. I contacted customer service and a replacement was arranged as soon as they received the faulty item - no fuss, 7yr warranty honoured. Many thanks

Headlight had a bulb fault shortly after purchase. Excellent response from Ledlenser team and replacement light headlight received today. Faultless customer service.

A fault occurred in a head torch I had owned for approximately 6 years. I got in touch with LEDlenser, the torch was sent to LEDlenser on the Monday, a full replacement item was received on the Thursday.
