Love L.Cuppini but the shipping is getting ridiculously slow.
I really love L.Cuppini coats I own over 5 of them and I have been loving L.Cuppini over the years - their quality and price is amazing. The style is so unique you really cannot find the same style anywhere else.
I loved their fast shipping and you can even get their coats on the same day. However, in the recent years for some reason the bigger sizes (M or L) are never available and you have to wait 10-14 after the purchase for the coat to shipped. I loved L.Cuppini because of the fast shipping but in my recent order it’s WAY PAST the timeframe that they said they were going to ship it to me and the order isn’t even despatched and nobody is responding to my email asking about my coat. I wanted to wear this coat at an event but the event has obviously passed and it’s still not here😞 I’m not sure what’s going on but please fix the stock issue! 💔

I am very disappointed
I am very, very disappointed with quality. The leather jacket, which looks nice but is extremely thin and has a small tear, is of very poor quality for almost €900.
There is also no label with care instructions or contents, which I find very unfortunate for a luxury brand.

I ordered a Hooded Alexandra Coat to be shipped to Lisbon, Portugal and had to pay 812,06€ to Customs. Be aware of the Customs duties if you are ordering from EU countries as you will be charged such a very significant amount.
The coat is not as luxurious as I expected, lesson learned.

I happened upon L Cuppini on Instagram and immediately fell in love with all of the styles of coats. I ordered the Paris coat in black first and was thrilled when it was as beautiful as I hoped it would be! The fur and camel hair are so soft and look luxurious. I almost immediately placed an order for the Aspen and this coat is beyond! Love that it’s a coat and a vest but the fur trim on the sleeve and being reversible really make it the perfect cold weather parka. The style, quality and timelessness of this brand make it worth every penny! I will be ordering more in the future!

Saw an influencer wear the Aspen coat and I fell in love!! When they had a sale, I ordered it and the package arrived fast. The quality is amazing for the price and it’s constructed very well and feels very modern and stylish. Added bonus—it can be worn a few different ways. Being on a business trip to the UK I made sure to pay a visit to the L.CUPPINI store in Chelsea. Previously I have bought several items online. The beautiful interior exceeded my high set expectations and the given personal service was impeccable. Not to mention the amazing high quality garments!
