Purchase from this brand for the first time and my first impression is that the jacket I purchased is beautiful quality, and they had speedy and reliable delivery. Exactly as pictured. The suede is really lovely and thick. Great quality! Can’t wait to wear my jacket!

I purchased the Delilah Suede Jacket in Beige after looking for the perfect fringed suede jacket for a long time. I have a small in Becky suede jacket and was glad a sized up to a medium in this one. Fringe detail looks amazing on arms and I love the pointed detail through the back. Its great quality and I know I’m going to get a lot of compliments on this one.

Service was wonderful, warm & efficient handling an exchange from different locations. Product is unmatched, fabric quality is gorgeous. First time ordering from this brand and feel I have discovered a gem.

I’ve been eyeing the anouska coat for quite some time and then found out she was having a pop up in NYC and pulled the trigger and bought it. I get SO MANY compliments on this beautiful coat. I recently bought another leather coat from her brand that I can’t wait to wear in the fall. And now I’m eyeing the Becky jacket with the matching shorts 👀. The quality of her brand is amazing and pieces that I will pass down to my future children which is super important to me.

I already have 2 jackets from L.cuppini and I really enjoy them, the first one (Daria) is 2 years old and looks the same as when I bought it. The leather is great and I can't recommend this jacket enough. The second one, Mindy, I just got so I can't speak about quality, but the design is beautiful and can't wait for autumn to wear it. And for sizing, they are TTS.

I recently bought the Luna linen shorts and Ada Linen top and they are both absolutely gorgeously, beautifully made and a really flattering fit. The in-store experience is also so lovely, the girls who work there are super friendly and helpful! I ordered a brown cashmere mink fur coat from LCuppini in February 2026 for well over €1,000 because the brand presents itself as a luxury label.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The coat arrived crumpled in the box, and the quality does not justify the price. You can clearly see the glue, stitching, and poor craftsmanship underneath the fur. Friends of mine have ordered similar coats from AliExpress, and honestly, I can’t see any noticeable difference. I strongly believe the coats and furs are also dropshipped from China, although I doubt the company would ever admit that.

What I found even more concerning is that after my purchase, LCuppini emailed me offering either a €50 refund or a €150 voucher if I left a positive Trustpilot review. In my opinion, this is not something I would expect from a luxury brand, and it makes the reviews seem far less trustworthy.

The garment is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well crafted. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. There was an issue with the sizing, but the company’s follow-up and the way they handled and resolved the situation were impeccable. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This was my first experience with L Cuppini and I was so impressed that a personal stylist reached out after placing my order to readjust the sizes of the ordered jackets. That for me was such a lovely feeling of a human level service. And the readjustment was on point!

I got the Alexandra mink jacket on sale, absolutely beautiful jacket, feel like this is one of the best purchases ive made (I wanted a mink jacket for a very long time). I looked at the measurements on the website and went with the recommended size which was helpful. It’s a beautiful jacket, mink is luxurious, they could add more transparency on where the mink is coming from i think that would be a nice touch/detail. Colour of the jacket is absolutely stunning i went for a brown. The only thing to note is that when i ordered the jacket it said delivery in 2 days but then i found out it would be 2 weeks but Sam got in touch with me, kept me posted about it, so they were very good with communication and updates which I appreciate a lot and in the end i didn’t mind to wait. Im happy with my purchase, quality is good, i feel it is solid. I am in love with my jacket, and thanks Sam! Alex

The jacket itself is beautiful, but it was also packed so well and the free gift was really such a nice touch - and, again, reflective of a luxury product. It made me a customer for life.

I ordered one of their jackets and immediately fell in love with the quality. The craftsmanship, the feel of the fabric, and the overall design are absolutely beautiful. You can tell that great care goes into every detail. I had only worn it a few times when I wore it to my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, a name tag was placed on the jacket, and when I removed it, it lifted some of the color from the fabric. I was heartbroken.
