Beware

Beware! I ordered a single mascara $9.95 and have had another pack of 3 mascaras, a 3 pack of eyeliners, added to my order and $207 NZD taken from my account. The check out process is deliberately misleading and unless you decline add ons you will be charged. I have disputed this with Lash Cosmetics, and after my negative review on Trust Pilot they have given me a full refund. Read the small print!

2. A full refund upon returning the package once it’s received.

I got a message from my bank this morning, telling me that Lash Cosmetics were trying to take £24.99 for a subscription that I know nothing about, do not use this company, stay clear

WHY DIDN'T I CHECK TRUST PILOT FIRST! Not only do I, and 100's of other people on here, believe their sales practices are unethical, I know they are! I ordered one mascara, what's $10 to try if it's great. The charge of $9.71 popped up on my CC (you should always use a CC to dispute & resolve online). Moments later, $13.99. I emailed them & received a reply two days later..."sorry the expedited shipping was accidentally chosen." No it was not! "Claire" gave me the option of slowing to standard shipping, lol. I replied change shipping & refund my $13.99 or cancel my order. No reply and two days later, on a Saturday even, my order ships. I emailed again and will give them three days, then I will dispute with my CC company!
Any company that starts biz like this is bad news. If anyone wants to ck into a class action suit with me for deceptive practices, email me kissyf2003
yahoo.com. I'm involved with one already for weight loss pills, same type thing!
UPDATE...yes, they lie! I have not received the exp shipping, as promised, and its been 14 days and still no order!! So, I paid for expedited shipping and got slower than snail mail!! DONT DO IT!!

Total Scam Do NOT order.

Total Scam. Extra charges on my paypal. Difficult to return for a refund. Product is terrible. Poor customer service. Ordered a $7.49 USD mascara. Received mascara that I did not order and charged $59.85 USD for that plus Eye Liner, which I don't use and never would have ordered for an additional charge of $44.85 USD. Order sent from an online shipper. Very difficult to get a proper return address. No email response to my request for a return address. Reached the "seller" on the phone and they were barely audible. Company is called Lash Cosmetics but charges are from Nymbus LLC. I never did receive an invoice. How were they able to charge separately through PayPal? Very concerning.

I ordered a $9 mascara and hit the vip…

I ordered a $9 mascara and hit the vip button not realizing I was signing up for anything. It was very misleading. My credit card was charged $126 for various products . I immediately called and they credited my acct. right then. But did not cancel the vip, so this month I get a charge for $31.63. I could only get a $15.82 credit but I closed my account and would never do business with them again!

Scammers for Real

If there is a negative star, Lash Cosmetics deserves the lowest negative. I only ordered the $14 and they shipped other items which I did not order and charged me $116+. I did call them to cancel the order and they still shipped it. Filed a claim to refund on PayPal and they made it a real purchase with PayPal. So now I'm also closing my PayPal account because of this Lash Cosmetics scammers.

Once a claim is open, all actions regarding the order must go through PayPal’s resolution process. In this case, we’ve submitted proof of shipment to PayPal, as the claim indicated that your refund was never received.

Please understand that we were fully open to processing your refund directly; however, we can only do so after the order is returned to us. We believe that returning the items before a refund is issued is a fair and standard resolution.

MASSIVELY OVERCHARGED AND SENT UNWANTED ITEMS I DIDN'T ORDER.

I ordered a 2pk of mascaras at US$17.99 plus shipping US$12.95.
Was charged AU$213.90 and sent 5 mascaras and 3 liquid eyeliners.
The mascara is crap and does not do what they make out it does in their advertising. Contacted them and they offered 30% discount, said no I don't want products as they are crap, now offered 50% off.
No I want my refund as I did not order the extra items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING THEIR MASCARA CUZ IT'S CRAP. YOU'LL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA PRODUCTS THEY SEND THAT YOU DIDN'T EVEN ORDER AS WELL.

Save your money

Firstly I ordered 2 mascaras but was charged for 5! Firstly I was charged $24.18Aud and then an additional $70.94Aud. I only wanted to try your mascara to see if it was as good as you were advertising......it is NOT! Absolute rubbish! I have bought better from the supermarket for less than $10.
You should be absolutely ashamed of this Scam! I only wish I had read other customer reviews before being sucked in by your company! I request a full refund and if I don't receive it, I will be reporting you!

What a disgrace of a company

What a disgrace of a company! When you purchase from them (I used paypal), it will be a company called Nymbus LLC that is on the transaction. They will then steal money from your account, saying you have signed up for 'VIP Customer Benefits' even though you definitely didn't! Greedy, dishonest, sneaky scumbags! Steer clear!!!!!

VIP a scan to get your money directly charge to your accountin your pocket

I purchased 2 mascaras paid for 2 then 2 other charges were made on my paypal. I went on the lash site to see my invoice and it appeared that I paid for 5 mascaras and for VIP. I made a complain that I did not order for the pack of 3, got a refund. Then 1 month later I received a direct charge on paypal for 45$Cnd for VIP. Made a complain to paypal then called lash cosmetic that tells me too late we can not do anything for you since you reported to paypall. Then paypal declined my request for reimbursement claiming I did not cancel my VIP soon enough. Furthermore nowhere on the site is that VIP thing mentionned and eventhough I paid that extra VIP thing I never received anything

I ordered 1 mascara for $12usd and they sent me 3 pack of mascara a 3 pack of eye liner and 1 single mascara i was charged all up $132 USD which is over $200 aus dollars I am 70 years old I dont were makeup but just wanted to try the mascara and when i sent emails to them telling them I did not order all of this stuff they offered me %25 off and once again another email telling them why should I except this as I did not order this stuff then another email with an offer of 50% back which I said no too so now i am still going back and forth with getting no replys

Warning to buyers RED FLG…



Be cautious when purchasing from this company, as their subscription model can be misleading. They offer what appears to be "VIP free delivery," but in reality, they charge you for the product and add a separate delivery fee. To make matters worse, they also slap on a monthly membership fee upon delivery. In my case, I was charged $50 AUD, which seemed like a straightforward transaction at first. However, when I tried to cancel my membership, the company informed me that only half of the money would be refunded. They offered to let me use the remaining credit for future purchases with free delivery or suggested I opt for another mascara instead of the refund. I asked them to send me the mascara since they'd already debited $50 AUD, but unfortunately, I've received no response. As a result, I'm left feeling frustrated and out of pocket – especially considering that I've essentially spent over $120 AUD on three mascaras.

Vibely Mascara - Lash Cosmetics - BEWARE

I purchased the mascara from a Facebook ad on 7th Sept. It didn't arrive until 17th Sept. I tried to use the product on the 18th Sept and found that the product was dry and it would not attach to the wand. Same day I sent Lash Cosmetics and email telling them that their product was CRAP. They gave me a lot of advice on how the mascara more liquid and easier to attach to the application wand. NONE OF IT WORKED. I tell them I want a FULL REFUND and then the fun starts. They try and get me to accept a 30% refund, then a 50% refund. Any refund they offer does not include giving you back the postage that you paid for in the first place. Sale was in USDollars $22.94 and they would only give me back USDollars $8.99 (Paid A$36.76 and they would only refund A$14.41. I lose A$22.35 on the refund deal and also have to pay A$22.95 to send the product back!!). I suspect that the product comes from CHINA, but when you want to return it you have to send it to NY, USA. The cost to send a small package back is AUD$22.95, so just not worth it. I am still pursuing a full refund, but are not holding my breath. Don't deal with this company their mascara product is CRAP. On the 21st December Nymbus LLC refunded me USD13.95 or AUD21.05. The refund doesn't change my mind about the lack of quality of the product

I wish I could give zero stars

Revised Review after this company was going remove my review. This company is a FRAUD. They deserve 0 stars literally. I ordered a 2 pack of mascara with 10% off. They sent 5 mascaras, 3 shitty eyeliners and priority shipping. I thought it was a mistake and emailed. I wasnt completely satisfied with the response but what was I supposed to do. I was almost gonna let it go too because People make mistakes and I would just take the loss of money. I didn’t trust sending the product back either after being deceived and that I wouldnt get my money back and just keep the product. Trust is earned. It was lost after you stole from me. I decided this was not right and decided todig deeper into the reviews. All the reviews showed this company deceived many people. I am now warning others because if it wasnt for me digging deeper I never would have knew until they charged me more money that I was put on a monthly VIP list that is a recurring monthly cost. I ordered 2 mascaras to try and they scammed the living shit out of me. Thankfully I was able to cancel the VIP before they can try to STEAL from me again. You will never shut me up by threatening to take my review down because i wouldn't add the information you wanted. I was excited to try your mascara too. I probably might have even ordered again or even asked to be on VIP not forced because you add it at the end of the transaction. All in fine print I am sure. You are professionals at stealing from honest working people and your whole company is a FRAUD. You cant argue with your average 1 to 2 star reviews. I will take some blame for not reading the reviews first but in all honesty, I guess I’m too trusting. If you are reading this, anyone be careful with your order from this company because what you’re ordering might not be what you’re getting. My advice. Dont order!!!

We understand how discovering a membership after the fact can feel alarming, especially when trust has already been impacted. A positive ending

While I still believe that the ordering process for Lash products is deliberately misleading and you inadvertently signing up to recieve unwanted add ons, I can report that after a lot of back and forth, I did recieve a full refund of the unwanted items.
While I have yet to actually use the mascara that I ordered, I have to say that Lashcosmetics DID respond to my complaint in a fair and professional manner. Im happy to get my money back and feel positive about that. My advice is to read the fine print and read it again before ordering, and remember your Aus dollars will be changed into US$.

Scam

I ordered 1 item. I saw my credit card statement and they had charged me for another very expensive item (that I did not order) and for expedited shipping (which I did not select).
I only found out what these additional charges were even for by speaking to a company representative on the phone. I did not choose expedited shipping when I ordered my 1 item, and I did not order the extra item, which came to $84.83 Canadian on its own. My original total was $8.99 US/$12.74 Canadian for 1 item. With the added/false charges, my total was $115 Canadian.

I called the company via the phone number that was on my credit card statement. Took me one hour, but finally convinced them that I wanted a refund for the expedited shipping (which I never asked for) and for the product I did not order. Their go-to solution at first was to tell me that they would be kind enough to give me 50% off the total. I said no, as I did not ordered the other item or the expedited shipping.

They would not let me speak to a manager when I asked to do so.

Then the agent said she would be kind enough, instead, to refund me for the one item (that I didn't order) which came to almost $90 Canadian. She proceeded to give me the address to return it to once I received it. I said I would not be paying for shipping to return something I hadn’t ordered. so I wanted a pre-paid label. She said that was their policy and I would have to pay. I said I would not.

She also wanted me to pay for the expedited shipping, even though I had not asked for it. Even if I had selected the expedited shipping, the item still has not arrived, therefore it did not come in the expedited shipping timeline. Therefore it would be late anyway!

None of this made sense to me.

In the end, she agreed to return the item I didn't order, as well as refund me for the expedited shipping. I agreed to pay for the one item I actually ordered.

Hoping to see the refund on my credit card statement by next week.

No idea what they are doing with the item I didn't order, and that I will apparently receive a refund for. She insisted that my items were already shipped, and in transit, so that doesn't make sense either. If items are on their way, and if I will be reimbursed (as I should be), what is happening with the item I didn't order?

Don’t order from this company. Too many hassles, too many suspicious charges and comments made by company representative when I was trying to get it sorted out. Very frustrating experience.
