Worst product ever! Certainly a misleading advertising campaign- product doesn't even come close to achieving what ad claims. And be VERY CAREFUL to read THE FINEPRINT. After complaining to the so-called 'Support Team' when l discovered that another automatic payment had been deducted from my bank only received 50% of my money back. Will NEVER DEAL with this company again. One star rating is one star too many.

Charged for a subscription I did not…

Originally bought mascara for $15.99. Less than a month later an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $31.63 was charged to my CC. After contacting them, which took some sleuthing, they agreed to refund me that charge and cancel a subscription I never signed up for. When they did not refund me, I turned it over to the fraud dept of my CC. They claimed that customer must sign up for subscription to obtain purchase and did not validate their agreement to refund me with my CC. WHAT THE HELL! I never SIGN UP TO SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES AND DID NOT KNOWINGLY DO IT THIS TIME. I feel like such a fool for purchasing after seeing all these reviews of their unethical business practices we have all fell prey to. Shame on them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!

I made a one off purchase and have now…

I made a one off purchase and have now been charged double my original purchase on a monthly subscription which I did not agree to - who buys two tubes of mascara a month! I have cancelled the autopay with Paypal and am waiting to hear back from the vendor re a refund.
Update: The vendor quickly responded and are going to cancel the subscription. Not sure if I will get a refund.

Bad Practices

As someone has previously written in their post, it's made very easy to accidentally order a more expensive item. At point of sale, a load of boxes come up which you think you have clicked "off". No final editing page - just a sum of money taken from Paypal and a receipt. I think this practice is absolutely fraudulent. I cancelled the unsolicited order within about 15 minutes but was only told I could have 25% off! I cancelled any payment via Paypal, so we will see what happens. As for the product - it may well be good, but I'll never find out!

This company cunning

This company is cunning , they over charge for items I ordered 2 mascaras somehow I got charged for 6 ! Then they added on eyeliner that I didn’t purchase but paid for . I got onto it strait away and they said that they would refund 25% of purchase. I declined and said I only wanted the mascaras . But nope they kept pushing the lot . In the end they gave me 50% refund of total purchase and I still got 6 mascaras and 3 eyeliner s . The product is ok but over rated . I will not purchase off this company ever again and wouldn’t recommended it at all . In future I will read all trustpilot reviews .

Unauthorized Charges-Poor Quality-Poor service

I was subscribed to a recurring service without actual consent. The pop ups make you think you are declining, but you are accepting. I received product I didn't order; I was charged in US funds and not Canadian as agreed to through PayPal. The entire experience was horrible. The customer service is useless. Also the product is sub par.

Messy and Misleading

Product isnt great. And ordered 2 mascaras for $15 and somehow got charged $70 and received 5.
They are cruddy products, messy and dont do as they claim.

LASH COSMETICS NYMBUS LLC FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTISTS

These fraudulent scam artists go by NYMBUS LLC also. lash cosmetics . co (all one word) Star Rating would have been -1000 if I had the option, Robbing bunch of ***** scam artists!
Their shipping address is as follows:-
From HZP International Project Department, West Gate, Post Office Central Bureau, No 139 Wuchang South Road, Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, TAI YUAN SHANXI 030006, CHINA. PHONE 8615986716010
They will charge you all different payments, for extra products you don’t order and subscription fees. How they are able to do this is beyond me! They setup automatic payments via Paypal somehow, then you will be charged monthly, you don’t have to agree to any of this, it automatically happens once you purchase from their website! Not only do I, and hundreds of other people on here, believe their sales practices are a trap and unethical, I know they are! I ordered three mascara’s. It should have cost me $29.99 AU (Australian Dollars) it stated on their Facebook ad. Paypal sent me a code only to verify that purchase. Next minute the charge of $41.85 USD (not Australian as the ad stated) popped up on my Paypal account. Moments later another $21.59 USD, which I did not order anything else from them. (But it said it was for another 3 Mascara) I certainly didn’t agree or approve this transaction either, poof, there it was, no other paypal verification code was sent to me?
I emailed them & received a reply two days later " The item was offered after checkout, and you must have mistakenly hit the complete order button instead of the decline option.” Um no I did not! The response to the currency was “Please note that our prices are in USD, and it will automatically convert to your currency once you purchase if you are from overseas.” Um no your ad was in Australian Dollars, not US Dollars.
They also replied ...” We sincerely apologize for the confusion about the additional charge and the currency.” No I’m not confused, your ad stated Australian Dollars, you’ve charged me over double what I agreed to… Then they said “As for the other charge, after reviewing, the charge is linked to a subscription or recurring service you initially opted for when you purchased our Lash Cosmetics Vibely Mascara. This offer is optional and we strive to make the terms clear during checkout however, if this wasn’t your intent, we completely understand and are happy to cancel your membership immediately.” No it wasn’t, it said on the transaction it was for another 3 Mascara, which I never received I might add… Your company is a fraud! You can’t cancel my Membership because I already did… immediately! I certainly did not want your subscription and did not agree to it!

“Before we cancel, let me explain more about what you can receive as a VIP customer: You get access to some of the HOTTEST free products that we sell and you can order up to 10 free items per month by only paying the shipping cost for a monthly fee of $31.63.” Well lucky for me I checked paypal straight away and seen they had set up monthly subscriptions, and cancelled that immediately before they could take any more money from me! I suppose that would be in US Dollars too… all MADE AND SHIPPED FROM WHERE… CHINA!

This company uses deceitful and deceptive tactics to extract as much money as possible from people. Why would I want a subscription for mascara? I purchased these via a Facebook ad, BEWARE of these, they are everywhere! (they have them on all Social Media Sites including Instagram), they need to be stopped! Giving the impression it was being charged in Australian Dollars. Your Company is always doing this sort of thing to innocent people that get tricked by some dodgy setup you have within your ad's which were definitely not in advertised in US currency as you say and then what… shipped out from China??? Wow! You guys are Incredible! Fraudulent con artists, cheaters and professional scam artists!

The additional charge you mentioned has already been fully refunded. This refund was processed on our end and sent back to your original source of payment via PayPal. Any timing for when it appears is dependent on PayPal’s processing and your bank and your VIP membership has already been canceled. There is no active subscription on your account, and you will not receive any future or recurring charges from us.

DONT BUT FROM THEM!!!

I never subscribed to a recurrent thing each month.

I chose a 3 pack first, than change my mind and REMOVE IT to choose a 2 pack instead, i never order from them cause i never clicked confirm, but they still charged me for BOTH the 2 and 3 pack 🤬 and that secret subscription with a monthly recurrent billing.

I was lucky that i got to my PayPal to check as soon as they charge something i never really bought, to cancel that recurring billing thing.

Plus their product are cheap shit you can find on aliexpress (less then 2$) and a lot of places for way cheaper than they sale those. Plus review show that those mascara change nothing to the eyelashes appearance.

Customer service also suck, i wrote to them as soon as i saw that they charge me, even if i never confirm the purchase, and they answered me after they sent it, saying we can't cancel we already sent the parcel.

They offer me 7$ refund or for me to pay the shipping and get "the full refund". Shipping will be like 20$ 😅🤦🏻‍♀️

I wasnt able to refuse the package also because their shipping company suck, they didn't knocked and left the package in front of my door in a 40 units appartement building where everything get stolen. I was "lucky" to not have it stolen, i think i would have prefer that, it would have been easier to deal with 😒

EDIT: to answer the company reply, i have to battle them for almost 2 month, through email AND PayPal to get a real resolution for an order i never really made completely

Additionally, you opened a dispute with PayPal, which was reviewed and resolved in our favor. Despite this, and despite all the solutions we offered, we still chose to issue your refund as a goodwill gesture to bring this matter to a close.

We understand your frustration, but we do want to correct a few assumptions. While there may be similar-looking items sold on low-cost marketplaces, our products are not sourced from AliExpress nor are they generic, low-quality items. We work with private manufacturers, use different formulations and materials, and each product goes through quality control and testing before being shipped out.

Many of the “$2 versions” online use lower-grade ingredients that are not approved for safe cosmetic use. Our pricing reflects the cost of safer materials, formulation, packaging, fulfillment, customer support, and worldwide logistics, which inexpensive marketplace sellers do not provide.

Regarding reviews, like any widely sold beauty product, experiences vary. We also receive many positive reviews from customers who are happy with their results, and we stand by the quality we offer.

That said, we respect your opinion and have already resolved your concern through a refund

This is one of the worst websites to order from they will triple charge you all different payments only ordered one mascara somehow was charged 3 times $40 $70 $40 again what sort of business are you running thought it was a cheap deal just for it to be a scam don't order from these guys they will just take your money and plus more waste of time. Absolutely misleading.

Absolutely misleading.

Tricky website that multiplies your order & subscribes you to things that you have not agreed to.

1 tube of mascara cost me $240+ due to their misleading website.

Cheap chinese package delivered (looks like a shein order).

I have now been emailing for months to get a refund & taken it up with my credit card company.

Havent tried the product as it has left such an awful taste & has been a terrible experience.

All 7 tubes were delivered together (I ordered 1) - this company knows that their website is misleadingly duplicating orders & increasing the volume you ordered.

Ordered two mascaras

Ordered two mascaras, one for my sis, for a B-day gift. Thought 2 months early was safe, never arrived, but they surely took my money, after 7 calls, they are still stating it is being shipped from Canada, today i was told, but from China the 6 other phone calls! Big scam, seniors don't need them, women don't, us US Americans are too gullible, and spend without reviewing first. Last purchase I will do on line, without a research of the company, but they also go under different names, so beware! Name changes, crappy product remains the same, as well as customer service, sweet Fillipino gals trying to feed their famiies, get sworn at, yelled at, and disrespected because they need the job. So sad. Do not think twice, go to the store, and touch the mascara you will buy, at least that's for sure! Here, you get nothing but a bill, headache, and feel very stupid for getting duped! Stay away from Lashcosmetics and any other affililiated deal. The only lashing happening here is we customers are tired of stolen monies! We are lashing out at the con artists, cheaters, scammers, who make it look so convincing!

I definitely should have checked Trustpilot first! I made a one-off purchase, which they processed as two separate transactions. Then, six weeks later, I was charged for a ‘subscription’ I was completely unaware of. This company uses deceitful and deceptive tactics to extract as much money as possible from customers. Why would I want a subscription for mascara?! I contacted PayPal for a resolution, but was told the company claimed I knew about the subscription, which is absolutely false. To top it off, the mascara itself is terrible. I’m furious! BEWARE!

Overrated product with fraudulent extra charges

Definitely should have checked Trustpilot first! Made a one-off purchase (which they took out as 2 transactions?) and then was billed 6 weeks later for a 'subscription'. Contacted PayPal for a remedy but not holding out hope. Mascara is about as average as their generic response to these reviews. BEWARE!

Like everyone else on this site. Added items, subscription just because you purchased a item.
If you have paypal go Into your settings and cancel them.
I atm are still going through paypal to adjust my account accordingly.

After reviewing your order details, it appears that you’re already in contact with your bank regarding this transaction and have requested a refund directly through them. Once a bank dispute or chargeback is initiated, all further actions, including refund processing, are handled entirely by your bank.

At this stage, we’re unable to issue a refund directly from our end since the process is already being handled by your card issuer. Issuing a manual refund while a chargeback is in progress could result in a duplicate refund, as your bank will automatically credit the amount once their review is complete.

Good customer service

Money was taken from my account for a service I never asked for or agreed to. I contacted the company and it was explained that it was a VIP package that I had accidentally signed up for. They cancelled the subscription and refunded my money.

One star only because I had to. Stay as far away from this company. They are crooks. I ordered something for $12.98 and they charged my PAYPAL (through a company NYMBUS LLC) $195.33. I called paypal and Lash Cosmetics. They said they could not refund but I told them they had better and eventually they refunded. Total Scam

Absolutely despicable company

Absolutely despicable company. I have a disability & limited funds. I stupidly took advantage of the special. Next minute I have been charged two amounts, $13.99 & $69.72 for something I did not order! The support email does not exist. I have been left short & no product! Looks like the product is no good anyway. A shameful organisation. I wish I had seen this before. I have sent endless emails from the original email for a refund & no success. Be warned

I have been told this is my fault & I somehow pressed a wrong button. Looks like an awful lot of people pushed the wrong button! I am on a limited income & nearly $100 was taken from my account illegally leaving me short & without funds. Now they want to give me 50% if I don’t report to my bank. Very unethical. I do not even have a product. All I am asking is a refund please. How do I give you my email as it won’t allow me through this app

STAY AWAY from this company. They will charge you more than expected and tell you that you can return items if you are not happy with them. Then, when you ask them to facilitate a return on the items they shipped to you that you didn't ask for, you will not get a response. I ONLY wanted to order 2 tubes of mascara. They decided that I also needed 3 tubes of eyeliner and expedited shipping. Not to mention that the mascara is sub-standard and the stuff available at the local pharmacy is better.
