Unfortunately I can only repeat what all the other reviews said - this is a Chinese SCAM company who delivers awful and cheap quality products. Nothing to do with the lovely pictures on the website. I wish these reviews had been here 2 weeks ago when I placed my order, but it seems like everyone has ordered their items around the time I did. I just hope that other people will read the reviews and not order from this shameful company.

Warning, DO NOT TOUCH this rip off company! It took 5 weeks from ordering ( obviously Chinese) when the coat finally arrived it was far too small, to say the quality was substandard is an under statement!
I tried to return the item but met a barrage of fob off stating it would cost me 40- £50 returns & couldn't guarantee they would receive it blah blah. They should be shut down from UK!

Product nothing like the picture. Terrible quality and can get EXACTLY the same product on Temu for 1/3 of the price I paid.
They are not responding to my request to return item under their “hassle free” returns service.

I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!! Normally I do and returns, but assumed as a U.K company all was good!! Disgusting quality so called coat, and as others have said about returns/refunds . Oh well, learn the hard way. The company wants shutting down importing substandard merchandise.

I echo everything else on here.
My wife ordered 2 Wool nordic Jumpers.
The quality was poor, no label inside other than the washing label which said 100% polyester, no mention of wool.
The website indicates Cambridge UK. Reality is China.
Returns policy is a joke £30 tp 40 to return an item to China .
It's now in the hands of my Credit Card company.

Do not purchase from these. Poor quality. When request to return i get this email

The company does not PHYSICALLY exist in UK, despite having a lame sob story about a husband and wife duo in Cambridge. I spoke with customer services to verify the store location and it was all fake online.
I took a chance on a few items. Despite claiming to be a UK company, from the day of ordering to the day of arriving it took 2 weeks. (!?!?!?)
I was alarmed at the size of the parcel (how small and lightweight it was, even though I ordered a coat). The items were of hideous quality, like they were ordered straight from china. (Another Drop shipped e-commerce?)
The coat was as thin as a T-shirt it was absolutely hilariously abysmal.
I ordered a jumpsuit but it arrived as a 2 piece set, so they couldn’t even get the product page and photos online correct it seems as it should be listed as a 2 piece set. This has FRAUD written all over it in so many ways.
It should be shut down for false advertising but unfortunately it’s not the first online “store” I’ve seen doing it.
Have complained and requested a refund from their customer services team. I don’t even know if they themselves know the condition/quality/materials etc. of their own items.

Very poor quality. SCAM Chinese company, they don't exist in Cambridge. Dreadful service. Contacted them to request a refund, was quoted £30-£40 to send back, REALLY !!!! Very angry with my self for getting caught out, should have read the reviews before buying. Please, please do not buy from them.

Advertise as British clothing
In fact the items come from China .
Very poor quality cheap and nasty fabric.
When you try to return it’s at your own cost to China costing upto £40. Or they offer you a 10% back

I am very very disappointed with myself for getting ‘caught out’ by this scam. Paying £59.99 for a beautifully described Miranda coat, which was totally false. Material is not structured woven blend neither tailored, warm shape holding or refined. Instead I have been sent a cheap 100% polyester inferior thin material garment. The hem is uneven, pockets gaping, no vent at the back of coat, as described and certainly not a timeless plaid elegant coat fit for city strolls! This monstrous garment is made in China and has nothing whatsoever to do with a beautiful Cambridge shop advertisement with no sign of a passion from a ‘small boutique’ as per photograph with a couple standing in front of the said Langford & Blake shop. Do not buy from this site ~ wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The inferior said Miranda coat will be put in a charity bag or even thrown in the bin. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 👀

The website intimated that you are buying a quality British product. The photo of the jumper I bought showed a beautifully cut wool jumper in lovely muted colours. What actually arrived from China was a patterned 100% polyester sack with sleeves and a neck hole in garish colours. They say that they have a returns policy, but the reality is that there isn't one. I was very stupid not to have read the reviews before purchasing.

This company is a SCAM do not buy from them,
If you have then dont except there offers of 20%/30%tell them you want a full refund ,I did and told them I was going to report fraud to my bank and i would contact any site they were advertising on that I had got legal advice and gave them 7 days to refund my money after loads of emails in the end they gave me a full refund so stick with it ,

Quality is poor The returns process is explained in an email to you but it states that it can be costly to return items and you pay for postage and any customs charges
From my experience I would recommend you do not order from her

I ordered a coat believing it was coming from Cambridge in England the website looked very professional and the story about the couple who owned it was very honest(that’s what I thought) Mmy coat came folded in a zipped medium bag and looked really cheap it had come from China. I washed for a refund but I was offered 2 Options 1 was it could be returned but it would cost me £30-40.00 and if it got damaged in transit I would have to pay for that too. 2 they would give me a 10% refund and 20% credit on anything I bought from the store. Needless to say I will not be buying anything again from this . Really angry with myself for getting caught out .

they have made it a difficult process to get a refund, stating £30-£40 return costs for a shockingly bad quality coat, probably cost less than £5 if that, to make its such poor quality,
Save your money, avoid this site at all costs, there is no Cambridge store, its totally fake.

I ordered a coat from this company, because I was impressed with the photo it showed! As it was going to make me look like a royal! Ho,ho ! Also the photo of owners standing outside their Cambridge shop celebrating 16th anniversary!
My husband was also impressed and said he would buy it for me!
After many delaying emails, I thought give them the benefit of the doubt!
I then visited your site, which i forgot to do in the first place! Read reviews, not one good one !
After 2weeks it arrived, opened package, my husband and I fell about laughing, if i hadn't i could have cried.
Bearing in mind I am a dressmaker, it was bad not as shown in photo.
I am not going to send it back obviously because of sending back to China.
I am going to rework it ,but not everyone can do that so I am letting 😌 people know!
I won't make the same mistake again!!!

Avoid avoid avoid, the website looks too good but the products they have you can all find in Temu . Cheap quality and poor service . No refund as well. Very disappointing as I tried to order for bday present arrived very late and clothes have no labels and poor quality. The picture is too far from the photo they have on the website

Really concerned. Have not heard back from this company regarding returning a coat which is not the quality advertised.

My experience is the same as everyone else here. I did look here for a review but at that time there was only one. On the basis of that review I tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched and they refused, I have the tracking, it hadn’t been dispatched. I will contact my bank, with fingers crossed, as I am under no illusion that like everyone else, I’m about to be offered a percentage back. AVOID like the plague! The quality is beyond poor and the item looks nothing like the website image.
