They are not based in the UK, they are based in China. The quality is very poor and the return policy is non existent.

If I could give minus stars I would have
My coat arrived after 5 weeks and after trying to cancel my order
I’m usually size 8 to 10 but couldn’t even get it to meet edge to edge !
The material was more like a thick shirt and would have soaked up water if out in the rain.
I’ve tried to get a refund and now told it would cost £40
To return it to China !,,
I ordered this coat thinking it was coming from London as their advertising promoted

The site purports to be in the UK(Wrong) The items they supply are from outside the UK use your own imagination wherefrom. They are cheap and not worth the money. When I went to return the same-day as I received them this is the reply

To me this is a threat if you return your goods they may go missing,the time taken to get a refund could be 4-5 weeks..this is rubbish just like the clothes they supply. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this company. The UK front is a fake. Their returns policy mentions nothing about returning to China at the cost of £40-£50 , and they then go on to say refund is not guaranteed it there is a quality issue when they receive it back. This is a joke. Shoddy materials, shoddy sizing, no labels ( so could be very flammable) shoddy workmanship. To top it all I got an email from Ali Express asking if my products were to my satisfaction...."Langford and Blake" must buy direct from them for peanuts and resell claiming to be from the UK. Company needs to be exposed. Further update- they refuse to provide proper address for returns, or an invoice. If an invoice were provided the goods could be returned duty free as returned China goods. When your return arrives duty and taxes will be applicable, and no doubt no refund will be forthcoming since all will be used up to pay "duties and taxes."

I ordered a winter coat, when it came it was tee shirt material, thin cheep quality not at advertised and very very small..I thought it was a shop in UK but ended up from China.
When I wanted to make a return they offered me a partial refund of 20%, then 30% when I refused..If i sent it back myself the said it could cost £30 to£40.....shocking SCAM..sight.. DO NOT USE.

Complete scam, total rubbish. Made in china, nothing like the advertised quality, style or material. Utter Chinese rubbish.

Completely horrendous, avoid at all costs. The whole thing is a SCAM! I opened a dispute with my bank and received a full refund!

Horrendous. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Challenged the fact they have a uk address on the website and I was shut down. When coat did arrive it’s absolutely awful quality. Do not bother.

I wish there was a way to give a review worse than one star.

It’s a scam and I really want to know how to complain. I know my £47 are lost and I will get no return for a cheap product but I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.

How are the allowed to trick people like this.

I have just received the so called Miranda coat reduced to £59.95, it arrived totally different design, awful quality and again from China, this is a total scam, avoid at all costs

I bought a jacket for £44 and received an email saying that I would not get my money back but I could have 50% as a final offer.

The jacket is featured on AliExpress for under £5.

I went to my credit card company and have just received the whole lot credited to my account. DO NOT BUY or if you do, ALWAYS pay by credit card and then you can dispute. It is not a complicated process and worth it.

This is a con! The company is selling cheap merchandise that doesn’t resemble the items shown. They do not refund and they quote returns at £30-£40 postal fee.

Please do not buy from this site - the quality of the item sent was nothing like the coat shown in the advert - it was also too small

When I requested to return it I was told if I pay an additional £7.95 they would send another coat

I wrote again asking for a refund and u was given two options - return the coat in perfect condition costing £30 to £40 or keep the coat and I could have a 10%refund and 20% off future orders

I have refused and again requested a full refund

I realise I will have to contact my credit card company

I would recommend you do not purchase anything from this Company, everything about them is false, their advertising, their very poor quality of clothing, when it eventually arrives, it has no company label thereon, but due to their high cost return policy of £30-40 they know people are not going to return the goods, the goods are only worth putting in the dustbin it’s absolutely shocking

Poor quality fabric. Not as advertised. No pattern matching. No labels at all. No washing instructions. Terrible item of clothing.

I ordered a coat believing it was coming from Cambridge, England. The website looked professional and convincing, complete with a carefully written story about a couple-run business that appeared genuine. Unfortunately, that impression was completely false.

The coat arrived folded into a zipped medium-sized bag and was clearly shipped from China. The quality was cheap and nothing like what was implied on the website.

When I requested a refund, I was given two unacceptable options:
1. Return the coat at my own expense (£30–£40), with the added condition that any damage during transit would be my responsibility.
2. Accept a 10% refund and 20% store credit — which is useless, as I have no intention of buying from this company again.

This feels deliberately misleading and designed to discourage returns through excessive costs. I regret falling for what now appears to be a well-presented dropshipping operation. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before ordering.

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. I like literally everyone else have been hoodwinked. Poor quality, bad sizing, and basically told take it and have a 10% refund or exchange for additional costs, or at your own risk send back to China at a cost of around £40 and hope it doesn't get lost! Really wish I had done my homework on this company. Avoid at all costs.

Do not order from this company. On their website, it says they are based in Cambridge. They are clearly not. The coat came, poor fit and shoddy workmanship. I contacted regarding a return. The email says that, to return, I would need to send tracked to China, and would likely cost £30-40, plus any extra customs tariff.
A learning experience for me. This was a Facebook advert, and in future, I will always check reviews of the company before ordering. We live and learn.....

Do not buy from this company. If you do not like the product, or it does not fit, you will not get your money back. And to return, it costs you more than it was to buy the item, so no point! You will be offered 10% off to keep what is no good to you!
