Habe dort einen Laifen Haartrockner im Angebot bestellt - u.a. aufgrund guter Bewertungen und dem YouTube Videos einer Friseurin im Vergleich mit Dyson, was mich von der Qualität ueberzeugte. Leider kam es jedoch zu Problemen mit der Lieferung( Laifen sitzt in Hongkong!) Auf Rueckfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich die Lieferung verzögern würde, aber ggf. ein Storno möglich ist. Nach meiner Stornierung erhielt ich noch am selben Tag eine Bestätigung und Mitteilung, dass die Erstattung uber Paypal veranlasst wurde, was mir heute (am Folgetag) auch PayPal mitgeteilt hat. Also der Kundenservice ist wirklich sehr gut, auch wenn ich leider den schönen Haartrockner nicht kaufen konnte. Daher nur 4 Sterne. Kleiner Tip: Möglichst immer PayPal als Zahlungsmittel benutzen, da hat man Käuferschutz!

Je recommande. J'utilise ce sèche cheveux depuis un an et mes cheveux ont franchement un très beau rendu. Il est puissant et pour autant léger. Malheureusement, il est tombé en panne hier. J'ai donc contacté le service client pour procéder à un échange et contre toute attente la réponse fut très rapide. Ils me proposent donc l'envoie d'un nouveau sèche cheveux. Maintenant, j'attends avec impatience son arrivé !!
I have placed my order on 24th August on Laifen EU, and I know what I have ordered. However I haven't received any email or shipping information for 20 working days, when I was confusing where is my item, I have sent an email to Laifen's customer support. THE ANSWER is can you please conform do you want EU plug. YES, you don't have any thing sell in UK, I know you don't have UK plug stock... However, my item is EU plug hair dryer. Why I have to wait for 20 working day to conform what I want? Why you don't conform it when I just ordered? I don't how long I still have to wait...

J’ai passé une commande le 24 août (numéro LF1958FR). Le paiement a été prélevé immédiatement, mais à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu, alors que le site indiquait une livraison sous 2 à 7 jours maximum.
Non seulement les délais de livraison légaux ne sont pas respectés, mais il est également impossible de contacter ce vendeur, ce qui constitue une violation du droit des consommateurs en matière de vente à distance.
À défaut de réponse de leur part, je me verrai contraint(e) de saisir la Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (DGCCRF) ainsi que les services compétents afin de faire valoir mes droits, et d’engager, si nécessaire, une procédure pour pratiques commerciales trompeuses et escroquerie.

I am absolutely in love with the Swift model hair dryer. I learned about it from Justin Hickox stylist and he had me at hello when he compared it to Dyson. I have owned a Dyson that recently died when it was just out of warranty. I watched him dry hair prior to purchasing, and I was sold. I highly recommend this product!!!
First – the packaging is beautiful!
Sscond–The delivery was fast and seamless.
Third – the blower is so powerful yet lightweight and fits in my hand beautifully.
Fourth – I highly recommend this product for both the performance and the price point!
Aesthetic opportunity - I bought pearl white and I rec’d black nozzles. I expected white nozzles to match.

Great toothbrush! I got mine to replace my Philips Sonicare & am very happy with it's performance.
My only small gripe, is I can't get replacement heads on Amazon UK where I bought it. But can get from other sources so not a big one!
Great tech, no way around it. I've used other brands of electric toothbrushes, but I feel like this one provides the best versatility and cleaning. The body is sleek and the heads are week designed. Had some trouble with a pack of transparent heads but had the replaced by costumer service swiftly.
I would like to see a better case from the manufacturer and maybe some protections for the heads on transport.
All around a great experience and love the products, and the packaging.
I’m honestly in love with my Laifen toothbrush. The design feels premium, the brushing experience is super smooth, and my teeth feel so clean every time. The battery lasts a long time, and the brush heads are really comfortable on my gums. I’ve used a few other brands before, but this one is hands-down my favorite. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their oral care routine!
I love my stainless steel wave, especially since I can customise the vibration and head swivel to my liking. And a definite pro is not having to pay an arm and a leg for it
Best tech money can buy. I have several products and have to say that they are really better then the competition. The toothbrush is definetly their best product as well as the replacement brushes that can suit anybody. Sensitive, whitening or simply clean do their job perectly!
I wish more people knew about Laifen - was bought to their products by the Apple-like design and packaging etc. Our two toothbrushes are still going great after months and months of use. Recently bought another pack of heads and they too just like the toothbrush itself came really well packaged and designed. My teeth are definitely better visually now than they were with my Oral-B.

My husband purchased the Laifen wave electric toothbrush from Amazon at the end of July 2024, along with 6 additional toothbrush heads. He loves the toothbrush. Unfortunately it stopped charging, therefore stopped working a week after the 12 month warranty period was up. We still have 3 unused heads! We contacted Laifen with all the order details. I acknowledged it was just after the warranty period ended but asked for a repair or replacement in good will. They responded and said they would not, and offered a small discount on buying a new one. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you want to buy one every year! Surely that’s not good for our planet.

Zeer slecht product. Het kostte ons ca. € 180,- en het product ging na 3 jaren kapot. Voor een föhn uit deze prijsklasse zeker geen aanrader. Helpdesk was traag en wilde ons niet tegemoet komen.
Produit défectueux ne tenant plus la batterie au bout de 2 jours, aucune réponse au service client malgré 15 relances par mail. à fuir.
