Read all the negative reviews they are identical, click on the people who left positive reviews you will see they are all fake (the same person will positively review only Kynex, others will review Kynex as well as other similar business over and over again with positive reviews!!

They trapped me in a 3 year contract saying that they are O2- they are not. They said id be getting £52 customer bonus back each month on my £97.90 bill for two sim cards only but they have not paid it for the first 7 months. Only when I started proceedings of taking them to small claims court. So that they also pay me out of the full 3 years O2 contract because they are not holding up their part of the agreement did they pay my customer bonus and set up the monthly payments. 6 moths has passed and now again for three months I’m chasing after them for not paid customer bonuses! I’m now again filing a small claims case against them.

By the way they always blackmail and bribe everyone to take down a negative review and put a positive one about them I have this in an email from them as proof see photo in Google reviews and reached out to another of their clients online they had exactly the same experience as I did. Click on people leaving positive reviews a guy called Muhammed Awais has left them 4 consecutive positive reviews they are the only company he has reviews over the years!

Kynex are literally scum and everyone who works in that organisation deceives and lies to customers I also have it all on record. Where they say they will send a payment on xx date but they never do, so you chase again and they commit to another date again and the same thing happens they never pay…. And so on for months until you start small claims court proceedings

There is a way to get out of the contract, report them to fraud back it up with evidence and then file to first tier tribunal but make sure to include a demand that they pay you out of your contract with the phone provider.

BLACKMAIL , BULLIES , INCOMPETENT !!! IVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY 7 MONTHS FOR AN I PHONE 17 PRO MAX . I FINALLY HAVE ONE BUT ITS NO LONGER THE NEW PHONE OUT , 7 MONTHS OLDER AND NOW THE I PHONE 18 IS OUT . PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL , E-MAIL AFTER E-MAIL . I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE THE WEEK COMMENCING 14th .I ASKED IF I WAS SUPPOSED TO WAIT IN EVERY DAY THAT WEEK ! THEY COULDNT ANSWER ME BUT SAID MAYBE 18th . I FINISHED EARLY EVERY DAY AND BOOKED WORK OFF FRIDAY . Rescheduled for Saturday . Waited , no phone then get a phone call saying it would be Saturday . Had to reschedule work Saturday to Sunday . No phone Saturday , then e-mail said Sunday . Rescheduled work , no phone again . Then I left a bad review , I was told I can’t have the grey phone I wanted , ok I’ll have the orange one , nope I couldn’t have that either , I had to settle for the blue . It will be there Wednesday , finished early , no phone , it will be there Thursday , no phone , it came Friday !

THIS IS THE THIRD OR FOURTH TIME IVE HAD THIS TEAM ASKING ME TO REMOVE BAD REVIEWS FOR BAD CISTOMER SERVICE AND THE SAME ANOUNT OF TIMES THEY HAVE THREATENED THAT I WONT GET MY MONEY IF I DONT REMOVE MY REVIEW OR RAISE IT TO A HIGHER STAR RATING ! THEY SAY ILL GET MY MONEY BUT THEY DONT KNOW WHEN BUT REMOVE MY REVIEW AND ILL GET IT THAT DAY OR EVEN THAT THEY WILL RAISE THE MONEY THAT THEY OWE ME BY TEN POUNDS IF I REMOVE MY BAD REVIEW 😂😂😂😂😂 !!! BLACKMAIL AND BULLYING . WHY IS THEIR STAR RATING HIGH YOU MAY ASK. THIS IS WHY , BEING COERCED INTO LEAVING A GOOD REVIEW AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CONTRACT WHILST THEYRE ON THE PHONE TO YOU WAITING UNTILL YOU DO IT . MAKING YOU REMOVE YOUR BAD REVIEWS SO THAT YUO GET BACK THE MONEY THEY OWE YOU EACH MONTH ….OR TWO MONTHS OR IF YOU COMPLETELY FORGET WHICH IM GUESSING THEY BANK ON !!! Read other reviews , one lady said she’d waited 18months and still left a high star rating , obviously coerced into it !

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH . Decent on the phone , tell you exactly what you want to hear . Ten days of not paying my bill because they hadn’t paid me my money and I get cut off whilst they hold your money back month after month !

Customer care today was good

4 stars for lilly but 0 for kynex. Been waiting over 45 days for my hardward now and not even a tracking nunber, i have had endkess probkens with kynex in surprised they can even Still run as a company. Noone is prepaired to offer compensation, i never recieved my new customer bonus of over £400 my last phones went to the wrong address never received the promised amazon voucher and now my new phone and mifi still hasnt arrived causeing issues with the runing of my company, kynex is a very poor company

Stay away from this company, waited 4 or 5 months for phones, waited 6 months for broadband kit. I am owed over £1000 in agreed credits due to being over charged monthly, ( and still happening even though when I speak to kynex they agree) Paying for broadband that I had no kit for to set up. keep being promised the credits but never see them. in July was offered credit for august if I agree to take down 1 star reviews and if not would be September! Now end of September and still no credit. it seems that I can not break the contract that was set up and this company can do whatever they want. its disgraceful.
