Shaq was very helpful and although the process took a long time the end result was good.
The only reason being Jack was helpful and true ask in his capacity to be helpful. Apologies f for a late review I was driving so couldn’t do it sooner. Having my fullfilled the promise, kynnex remains below par in my opinion
Misleading contracts and packages. Offer phones, sims and broadband for 3 years but don’t tell you the broadband lasts only half the contract. No mention of this on any paperwork. They disconnect the broadband with no prior notice causing huge issues with my business. Deceptive sales. Price does not decrease even tho service is reduced and you cannot renew broadband unless you sign a new 3-year deal keeping you tied to the company. From the get go they promised a free phone case if you leave a positive review, that never materialised. Promised a small refund for inconvenience of disconnecting the broadband without any notice but 6 months down the line the refund has never materialised. Do not use. Customer service don’t want to resolve your issue just try to push you sign a new agreement.

My experience today, with Jack, was satisfactory. He was polite, pleasant and helpful, and I believe he has sorted out my issues for me.
Just called in to chase something up and Jack was fantastic, the guys got some real customer service skills and was super helpful, Kynex are lucky to have him!

I spoke to Joe Green today regarding my mobile phone contact. I have to say he was really polite, very fast getting the information that I had requested. It was a pleasure to chat with him and his assistance and professionalism were top drawer. Well done and thank you again Joe.

AWEFUL COMPANY... they have so many good reviews because they ask people to review them straight off the back of them setting up the account. Thats when it goes down hill... no sim cards for two months, Took over £450 from my account for those two months (service which i didn't recieve and should've only been £30 per month) I then had a further £450 taken from my account ontop of my regular payments. they have still not repaid the overpayments they say it will be a further 30-90 days by which time more overpayments go out... i feel for the call center staff as they're working for an incompitent company.

My contract is was 3 simcard 35 pounds for a month. And they charged charging me three hundred eighty seven pounds.For month they're telling us saying each sim card will charge 43 pounds for months.
They're told us to cancel the from the Vodafone do the contract with us? Oh, 2, we help you to pay less than charge. Also, they tell us to your kenselson. Fee will be payout from us.

I pay under 4 month. 700 pounds almost. And they're still telling me will be sorted out if I call every times
If I cancel the contract from them, telling me will be charged. Your cancelling fee. 4000 pound. Also I only got 2 simcard . You should be three simcard
