Please read the negative reviews before you get drawn into anything related to Kynex. They’re scandalous.
My dispute has been on going since March 2025!!! When an iPad was ordered but was never delivered even though £86 a month was taken for the said iPad for 8 months.
Then a disconnection charge of over £2000. A disconnection for something we never received.
Formal complaints, countless emails and phonecalls, letters before claim and a refund was EVENTUALLY given.
A free of charge disconnection was agreed for them to now tell us ironically we owe £690!!! For a service and item that we never ever received!!!
Kynex tried to bribe me to take my negative reviews down so not only do they try and scam you out of money they also try to bribe you.
Please read and believe the negative reviews - they are true.

The company has acknowledged the missed discount payments totalling £360 and have said they will send this over in a month. I am not holding my breath as the lies keep continuing and i believe this is standard practice for the company with holding discount paymets to customers.
I will be putting up reviews now everytime i interact with kynex and i will be holding this terrible company to account

Unfortunately Kynex have badly let me…After a phone call this morning this morning with Joe, hopefully this is now sorted I have spoken to Joe on a number of occasions and is excellent
Unfortunately Kynex have badly let me down. I renewed my contract in May 2026 and I am still waiting for the upgrade phones which was part of the deal , whenever I call I get a promise that something will happen but still nothing, I have been a customer of Kynex for a number of years and always been happy but this time I couldn’t recommend them .
