If I could could give a minus 100 star I would. This company have caused my mental health to suffer. Everything they promise are lies. We are thousands of pounds out of pocket. They sound so lovely and sincere on the phone you believe them….over….and….over….again. They apologise over and over, tell you they completely understand how frustrated you must feel but they want to resolve the issues and even offer you compensation…. Months later they still tell you same thing, over and over, apparently they have a back log of compensation to pay so that’s why you don’t receive it…. They have no intention of paying.
I remember reading these bad reviews thinking I’m sure it’s not that bad, it’s probably just people over reacting, I WISH I had listened to them. This is a nightmare I need to be over.
All those reviews praising particular staff members have all been asked to review, I originally did it to be nice. I got asked to do it on the phone, send a screenshot of it and send it to them to prove I have. Quite often there is a promised incentive to do so.
They will reply to this to say they have tried to make contact to resolve the problem, but they don’t. Everything is a LIE

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, please do not let them talk you into a contract with them. False promises of handsets, lies about how much they will allow you for buy outs from your existing provder. They sent me a european router that didnt work, promised 5 months ago a handset was on its way, but has never arrived. Countless phone calls and emails, with nothing ever materialising. Worse company i have ever dealt with.

I have never dealt with such a shocking…
I have never dealt with such a shocking company ! Have been trying to upgrade my phones for my business for 4 months and keep being told hardware issues over and over again then each time you have to wait up to 30 days & guess what...still not arrived! I would understand it once but four times makes me think something not quite right here!
****** EDIT***** Surprise surpise Kynex have called me today funnily enough and can miracurously come up my phones by the weekend IF I REMOVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!! This sums up that the companys reputation is being prioritised over addressing the undelying customer service failure here. You can also not speak to a manager - you have to complete a manager call back form and wait up to 7 days!
