I don’t like the fact that they hide…
I don’t like the fact that they hide the monthly fee when signing up. I don’t remember seeing or hearing about this until I received my first invoice. Otherwise the service and signup was very straight forward and good.

Great App to have, plenty of savings.
The app was easy to get onto and work around to get myself registered.
When I had a couple of questions I rang up and they were very efficient, informative and friendly and I got the answers I needed. I am wrapped to be part of Kora and the discounts that I am making savings can be used elsewhere.

Positive feedback with one slight issue…
My only feedback would be that buying fuel at Mobil is often cheaper on the app as you can’t purchase petrol with the card on discounted prices
Why could it not be applied without the 10 discount when price can be reduced by 20 or 25 cents
A minor issue as I find using it lets me see my spend and allows good budgeting I would encourage others to use them service

You're right – sometimes the Mobil app promos can be better than the everyday Kora discount, and unfortunately they can't be combined. We suggest checking out Gaspy for the best deal on the day. Kora is incredible
Kora is incredible! We get great savings on our fuel, and it's so convenient being invoiced each fortnight, and knowing how much will be coming out of the account in advance. They also have brilliant customer service, each time I have interacted with them, I have never come away feeling less than impressed at the level of help I've received.
