Thanks for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the sign-up process went smoothly, although we’re sorry the account fee caught you by surprise.
Kora accounts have a small monthly account fee, which applies once your account is active, whether or not the cards have been used that month. We do include this in our sign-up information and Terms & Conditions, but appreciate your feedback that this could have been clearer.
We hope you get the chance to put your cards to use soon and start enjoying the savings at the pump!

A seamless process
From my first enquiry re the fuel cards the joining process was simple with help a available if required.
The opportunity for me was the use of Waitomo or Mobile cards as often Waitomo had the bigger discount on fuel.
The Kora app has been great, easy to use with good up to date spend and discount savings to manage my monthly spend, simple to use.
The monthly invoice has all the data I require.
So far very satisfied .
