Vorsicht!!!
Vorsicht, die sind Gauner! Die Preise für die Mietwagen sind zwar unschlagbar günstig, aber sie versuchten bei mir mit allen Tricks, noch mehr abzuzocken!
1. Da ich keine Versicherung bei ihnen abschließen wollte, schauten sie bei der Rückgabe des Autos in jede kleine Ritze, ob sie irgendwo einen Mangel entdecken konnten. Natürlich gab es nichts, das Auto war brandneu!
2. Sie schickten mir insgesamt drei Mails, in denen sie behaupteten, ich hätte unerlaubt die Grenze überschritten. Für jeden Grenzübertritt wollten sie bei der Rückgabe des Autos 170 Euro kassieren (weil ich mich weigerte, drohten sie mir, stattdessen 300 Euro von meiner Kaution von 2300 Euro einzubehalten). Auch als ich sagte, dass ich beweisen könne, nicht die Grenze überschritten zu haben, blieben sie hart und behaupteten, sie würden mehr ihrem GPS glauben als mir. Erst als ich mein Flugticket vorlegte (bei den ersten beiden "Grenzübertritten" war ich noch gar nicht im Land!) sowie einen Kassenbon eines Supermarkts in Wiener Neustadt, der 9 Minuten vor dem dritten "Grenzübertritt" ausgestellt worden war, konnten sie nicht umhin einzusehen, dass sie sich "geirrt" hatten. Außer einem kurzen "Sorry" war auch keine Entschuldigung zu bekommen.

Die Kontrolle des Fahrzeugs bei der Rückgabe ist ein regulärer Bestandteil unseres Mietprozesses. Sie dient dazu, den Zustand des Fahrzeugs gemeinsam zu überprüfen und mit dem bei der Übernahme dokumentierten Zustand abzugleichen. Dies gilt unabhängig davon, welche Versicherungsoption gewählt wurde.
Bezüglich der Meldungen zum Grenzübertritt möchten wir erklären, dass solche Benachrichtigungen automatisch durch unser System ausgelöst werden, wenn entsprechende GPS-Daten registriert werden. In solchen Fällen bitten wir unsere Kunden um zusätzliche Informationen, damit wir die Meldung überprüfen und mögliche Unstimmigkeiten klären können.
In Ihrem Fall haben die von Ihnen vorgelegten Informationen geholfen, die Situation aufzuklären, und es wurden entsprechend keine Gebühren für einen unerlaubten Grenzübertritt berechnet.
Wir bedauern die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und nehmen Ihr Feedback bezüglich der Kommunikation ernst.

The staff was prompt and honest, price of the vehicle was good and car was maintained clean. Over all excellent service. Unfortunate its is located in remote area but the company is maintaining free shuttle to Vienna airport.

pessimi e disonesti
Non mi hanno riconosciuto la prenotazione su booking, non volevano darmi il mezzo se non sottoscrivevo un'assicurazione con loro, si trovano molto lontano dall'areoporto e praticamente o sottoscrivevamo alle loro condizioni un nuovo noleggio o dovevamo tornare all'areoporto lontano 10 chilometri. Inoltre l'auto che ci hanno dato ha avuto la spia del motore accesa per tutto il noleggio.
Disonesti e scorreti, lo sconsiglio energicamente.
Meglio affidarsi ad agenzie più serie.

Desideriamo precisare che il nostro ufficio di Vienna è situato fuori dall’aeroporto, a circa 10–15 minuti di distanza, e mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri clienti un servizio shuttle tra l’aeroporto e il nostro ufficio, sia per il ritiro che per la riconsegna del veicolo.
Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione e le condizioni di noleggio, il nostro personale verifica al momento del ritiro che siano rispettati tutti i requisiti previsti dalla prenotazione. Le diverse opzioni di copertura vengono presentate in base alle condizioni applicabili, ma ci dispiace se la comunicazione ricevuta ha dato un’impressione diversa.
Ci dispiace inoltre per quanto segnalato riguardo alla spia del motore. La sicurezza e le condizioni dei nostri veicoli sono per noi molto importanti e segnalazioni di questo tipo vengono prese seriamente.
La ringraziamo per il feedback, che utilizzeremo per migliorare ulteriormente la qualità del nostro servizio e della comunicazione con i clienti.

False advertising - NOT at airport
The booking description stated car rental is at airport but it is actually offsite 5 km away from airport. Took us 90 minutes to find pickup spot and get to rental. NEVER AGAIN!!!

KlassWagen with great price and returning tolerance
KlassWagen allowed me to return the car with 3 hours in delay without additional costs. The price for 3 days with 26,80 € was great. But I also had a slightly negative experience: when I returned the car a representative of KlassWagen found a small scratch which was not documented. Luckily one of my photos made during the pick-up showed this scratch. So everything was fine at the end.

The car was great. The pickup shuttle could be faster.
The security deposit is absord and should be reduuced.

Poor Experience to avoid in the future
The car was given to us with absolutely no water in the windscreen wipers.
The feeling of the car on the motorway, running at 120 km per hour was very poor, Probably the tyres where not properly balanced / installed, and produce a very uncomfortable ride.
The cost of the rental was not in line with the quality of the service.

Excellent car rental experience
I had a great experience renting a car from this company. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable and in very good condition. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the rental. The price was also reasonable with no unpleasant surprises. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.

Great car and service
Great car and service. The only problem was that the car was outside the terminal and we hadn't local phone number to use to call for a shuttle. Since there is a wifi at the airport it would be great if the company had another means of communication via whatsapp or some similar app.
