Delivered promptly and products work…
Delivered promptly and products work which is most important. Also great to be able to order when we wish and not stuck to a subscription, which I no longer participate in.

Great products, thoughtfully packaged. Amazon is faster delivery of their products, but I would much rather buy direct and wait.

Excellent nappies for my 3 boys.
We have subscribed to their service for months now. I find the fit good on my chunky boys. They’re the only nappy that didn’t leak over night and aren’t more expensive than other “leading brands”. I love that they’re better for the planet as we had to move away from cloth nappies due to housing issues so this was a lovely eco alternative that made us feel less guilty. Thanks.

Fabulous baby products
Lovely baby set for newborn. Nicely packaged and arrived quickly. Have only used the magic salve and the baby bath so far but both are lovely to use. The salve has tackled dry baby skin really quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend.

Delivery problems
No problems with the products, technically, but they still haven't arrived. The order was processed on July 3rd, it's 16th today. Evri have said they have the parcel, but they have not delivered it. 8th July, Evri said there was a delay and would try and delivered within 24 hours. An Evri driver has delivered to my property since then, but no sign of my Kit and Kin parcel.

Hi Fi,
Thank you for your review. 💚
We are very sorry to hear that you have still not received your order from our courier. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after Evri advised that your parcel would be delivered within 24 hours and you have been waiting since 3rd July.
Somebody from our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly via email to look into this and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we truly appreciate your patience while we get this sorted.

Svar fra Kit & Kin
Hello T,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're so sorry to hear about your experience 💚
We can see that this review was left shortly after you contacted us regarding your delivery. Unfortunately, we don't receive direct updates from Evri when there are issues in transit, and therefore we heavily rely on our customers letting us know if something has gone wrong. As soon as we're made aware and given a chance, we'll always do our very best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
One of our Customer Support team members will be in touch with you shortly to help get this sorted 💚

Such lovely quality products
Such lovely quality products. Had an issue with a little leak from a cleaner onto nappies and the customer help team were so kind and helpful to send replacement of relevant items, and requests feedback on how they can package better or find out how the accident happened, very caring and careful.

Excessive shipping fees and misleading marketing tactics
The shipping fees are very high, almost the same price as the product itself. I also found the £5 off first order offer misleading. The promotion initially appears to be a straightforward discount, but the terms reveal that it only applies to selected eco products. Furthermore, there is a hidden condition that the discount only applies to orders over £40. These restrictions are displayed in very small text, which leads me to believe that the purpose is to be deceptive.
I would prefer the company to be more upfront about the conditions of the offer from the outset, rather than using tactics that undermine trust and leave me questioning the level of service I can expect as a customer.

Svar fra Kit & Kin
Hello Goutham,
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback! 💚
We certainly never want our offers to feel misleading.
Our welcome offer is valid on orders over £40, and this is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions displayed on the sign-up form. The terms are also included in the follow-up email containing the discount code, so customers can review them again before placing an order.
The discount can be used across the full qualifying order and is not limited to specific products, giving new customers the flexibility to explore a wide range of Kit & Kin essentials.
Regarding delivery, we work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while ensuring orders arrive safely and reliably. We also offer free delivery on orders over £40 and on all subscription orders, which many of our customers choose to take advantage of.
We do appreciate your feedback about how the offer is communicated, and we'll take it on board as we continue to review and improve the customer experience.
Thank you again for taking the time to get in touch 💚
