Product is nice but delivery is expensive
The product itself is quite nice, refillable soap. The delivery options are not great £6 is the cheapest delivery available and thats for Evri which I've not had great experience with.

So glad i have found this brand
So glad i have found this brand, migrating to it from similar (but quite a bit more expensive) British brand. I continue to buy Kit & Kin fab products, in particular Limescale Discaler, laundry liquid, fabric softener, glass and mirror cleaner, dishwashing liquid, and lately i also bought the dishwasher tablets that I use for just quick washes not requiring intense wash for which I use more famous big brands. I also love Kit & Kin all purpose surface cleaner. Different smells, all excellent. As to bathroom, i continue to buy their toilet cleaner, for everyday use, though i use stronger bleaches every so often in between as i find this one not always as strong. Bathroom cleaner is very good in terms of cleaning but leaves residue, so i have not bought refill. Floor cleaner on the other hand, is excellent, and I continue to buy their refills. Service is always excellent, delivery in matter of days. They periodically have discounted offers, in such instance i stock up on all the larger refills. Heartily recommend.

I recommend dishwasher tablets for people with allergies
I bought their dishwasher tablets as I had been experiencing an allergic reaction to residues left by my usual dishwasher tablets. My tongue is now happy again! Thank you so much! I will be buying these from now on

Terrible service
Terrible. Mix up with returning items and they got sent 2 returns (only 1 for them), didn't refund me for their faulty product or send the other item back to me. Ended up paying £60 with nothing to show for it and they just stopped replying to my emails. Will never buy from them again out of principle.

I’m looking for an alternative solution…
I’m looking for an alternative solution to the standard very chemical heavy options we have available in the super market, and while this product smells great, it doesn’t wash out coffee/tea stains in the dishwasher which is rather disappointing as I am having to hand wash them. To be fair to kit and kin, this is a common issue for less chemical heavy products out there. Yet to find smth that works!

Hello Tanya,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for choosing to try our dishwasher tablets. 💚
We're sorry to hear that they haven't quite met your expectations when it comes to removing tea and coffee stains. We completely understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you're looking for a product that performs well while avoiding many of the harsher ingredients commonly found in conventional alternatives.
We really appreciate your thoughtful and balanced feedback, and we'd also like to thank you for recognising that this can be a challenge for products made without many of the harsher ingredients found in conventional alternatives. We're always looking at how we can continue improving our products, and comments like yours genuinely help us as we continue to develop our range.
Your comments have been shared with our product team, as feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us continue to improve our products.
Thank you again for giving Kit & Kin a try, and if there's ever anything we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best wishes,
Marta 💚
Really great product
Really great product, love the laundry wash. Just wish it came with a refillable bottle and measuring pot as it’s hard to guess how much detergent you need.
