Our nappies are designed to be gentle and comfortable on delicate skin, so we’re really disappointed to hear that this hasn’t been your experience. We’d really like the opportunity to look into both the fit and the skin reaction with you and see how we can help.

great quality hypoallergenic nappies.
I am 80 years old and the only practical way to be involved with my great grand child was to buy the nappies. Mum was concerned about nappies causing allergies, but on trying Kit and Kin was delighted. I have been buying them since birth and now have a subsciption directly with Kit and Kin.I am experimenting with buying other things like napppy bags and cleaning products. So far delighted with quality and service.

I like their products but I just went to order refills for the first time and it’s £7 for shipping unless you spend £40 each time. It’s just not practical for us as we run out of cleaners at different times, and one refill is £7 itself.. but then £14 total so the shipping making this an unsustainable option. Wish they would fix this but until they do I don’t think I will continue to use

Hi Carly,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review 💚
We’re really happy to hear that you’ve been enjoying our products, although we’re sorry that our delivery costs have put you off ordering your refills.
We completely understand that different products can run out at different times, which can make reaching the £40 free delivery threshold a little tricky. We do work hard to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, while making sure orders arrive safely and reliably.
Thank you again for your review and for choosing Kit & Kin. We really appreciate your support!
