I'd give absolutely no stars if I could. I have never received this bad of a service before. Ordered a LED face mask,which I still haven't received even thought its been over a month. Have sent constant emails but received no help. Honestly don't order from here go somewhere cheaper and with better service. That's £65 down the drain

If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I bought an LED mask and after using it a few times the plug sparked. I could then feel a very faint electric type feeling on my face from the rubber bits inside the mask. I've only had it for less than 2 months .I'm now scared to use it. It's not fit for purpose. They asked for a video but I explained that a video simple cannot record how it feels on my skin. It's common sense! Even though I sent the video they said ......."Thanks for reaching out. Sorry, you are having an issue.

From the video you sent us, we can see that the product is of excellent quality and has no defects.

We have never received a complaint regarding this product."

They basically gaslighted me.

I also received another product, the mini laser hair remover device. It looks of crap quality just like the LED mask. I asked for a refund the day after receiving it and they haven't responded to my refund request which I'm entitled too as it's before the 30 days!

These products are from China! I wish I'd looked at Trust Pilot before so I feel kind of silly but, it's a lesson learned.

I had to pay for the postage costs but they gave me a refund once they received my item.

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before I purchased. I purchased an Ionic hairdryer which now goes red hot like it’s going to combust and the dryer speed is non existent. I have requested to return and a refund which has been declined. Stating the policy is no returns/refunds or exchange after 30 days, regardless if the product is dangerous or faulty.
Poor customer service and I feel the products are cheap fakes that are not fit for purpose and dangerous.

Avoid this company at all costs, the items they send you are rubbish and you won't be able to get a refund

I’m actually so embarrassed I even ordered from these scammers.
My rating is zero but I had no choice to rate this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE they need reporting and removed. I received the ionic hairdryer which was like a child’s toy. Cheap rubbish and it’s now in my bin. I tried to contact there customer service dept and I had one email reply asking me to return the item to an address in China. Advertised UK address on website.

Ordered LED face mask as advertised as UK company, great reviews etc and it has arrived and doesn’t even turn on. Rung customer services which doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone, emailed back and forth with numerous videos of item no turning on and now they are ignoring me as I’ve asked for a refund over 10 times! Scam company; dangerous products. No customer service and they won’t give you a refund as per their 30 day returns policy! Avoid!

It is like a child's toy. Little heat ,it's taking me extra long to dry my hair, also, it doesn't perform as advertised. My hair is frizzier than before. That will teach me, should of bought the shark ; you pay for what you get. However,this is worth 4.99 in a toy shop. Stay away from this site

Ordered an LED face product because it seemed heavily discounted. It took long time to arrive in its no frills packaging, there was zero manufacturer’s and safety information on the packaging and product leaflet- unfit for UK standard I didn’t risk it and contacted company straight away. They asked to send pictures and eventually agreed to refund if I return at my cost, however I was surprised to be given an address in China despite their website advertising a London address. The 30 day money back guarantee needs to be revoked from their website and disclosure needed about international return which will cost customer more than the product itself. I find it hard to believe testimonials on their website are genuine, I will check trustpilot reviews going forward.

Purchased the Ionic hair dryer back in August 2023. Alarm bells were ringing when I realised from the despatch tracking that the item was coming from China - I'd presumed this was a UK company with UK stock.
Item arrived late-August and looked very cheap/flimsy.
Used for approximately 8 weeks until the item over-heated, glowed red, and started giving off electrical fumes. It now no longer works and is clearly unsafe.
Emailed customer service and was told "return period is 30 days - nothing we can do".
It has ended-up an expensive £50 mistake.
IN A NUTSHELL - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEIR PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTE TAT AND UNFIT FOR PURPOSE/DANGEROUS, WITH NO PROPER WARRANTY/GUARANTEE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL.

Absolutely disgusting! not even a company! can't call them that way. They are breaking the UK consumer law by not offering returns. Products are terrible quality, cheap fakes from China! avoid at all cost!!!

It took a long time to arrive. The hair dryer lasted 4 uses before it started overheating and then stopped. We asked for a full refund. At first they refused saying it was outside the 30 day limit. They responded very quickly on each occasion and after a polite protest that it should still be working long after the 30 days. Our money has been fully refunded. Thank you Kissproof.

Cheap products coming from China.
You try and return and they email back and fourth for ages trying to avoid any kind of returnage. Never dealt with such a bad company before and I've learnt my lesson by losing £130.

They want you to return to a random place in France or Morocco. It's all very dodgy

The hair drier I ordered came but blew up straight away when plugged in....do not use this company ...really shytecof all shytes....no wonder China is going well, they scam all our money....

I would give them 0 stars. I ordered a hairdryer 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived.
I checked the tracking app and discovered that it was being shipped from China. At no time was I made aware that thus was the case. I tried phoning and emailing it no response. ONE GREAT BIG SCAM.

Do not order from this company I got sucked in by the good reviews the hairdryer I ordered did not do what it said, left my hair more frizzy then ever, and took ages to dry! I emailed them to say I wanted to return as it had a 30 day money back to be told I had to send it back to CHINA!!! no where on their website says it’s from China, I argued this but they were not helpful at all it was going to cost me half what I paid for the item to return it! Absolutely disgusted with this site AVOID at all cost

If I could give a zero I would. We purchased the hair dryer, straightener and automatic curl package. 1. The hair dryer didn't come in a box but bubble wrap 2. The straighteners were cheap and the buttons hard to push 3. The curler box was all faded and damaged and the curler itself looks cheap and tacky. The website says 100% satisfaction with hassle free returns. This is not the case, when I sent an email to say I wanted to return the goods, the response in short was no sorry you can't return. Their interpretation of hassle free returns must be completely different to mine. All I can say is don't waste your money on the cheap, tacky products and expect to get a refund if you are not happy.

Do not use this company they make it impossible to return any goods to them. They say they are a UK company but expected us to return goods to CHINA at a cost to us.

Cheap product, arrived in a bashed up box. When I tried to return it using their no quibble returns - they never got back to me.

I purchased a hairdryer from this company when mine broke, what the website didn’t make clear when it stated 48 hours despatch, that it was being despatched from China! It took 21 days to arrive so meanwhile I had to purchase another which arrived within 3 days as I couldn’t manage without a hairdryer for more than a few days. They wouldn’t cancel the order as it was apparently en route so I decided that when it arrives, I would save it as a gift for my granddaughter, that was until I saw it when it arrived that is - the box was completely squashed, it looks like a 2nd hand product, there’s no packaging inside the box at all just the hairdryer and a folded piece of paper called the instruction manual, there’s no attachments for the hairdryer included inside the box as per the photo on the website. The hairdryer looks quite good and sturdy, apart from the plug being dirty but the hot/cold button doesn’t work. After numerous emails to the company they are not offering a chance to return the item or a refund hence my bad review.

I bought a laser hair removal it feels very cheap plastic, I thought this was a UK company but they miss leasing people they based in China I send several emails and they don’t reply. 😡
I want to return my order as it seems faulty.
I will have to take this further.
