Absolutely the worst company to shop with my first time ever buying an item, which I haven’t used and I want to return it, it cost me £50 for the item but they won’t give me any returns address or any details about how to return it. I’ve been sending emails back and forth all day but it’s like they’re talking in riddles it’s really starting to frustrate me.

This company is based in China and they refuse to give refunds even though they offer refunds ! Worst company ever not even protected through my PayPal payment ! This company needs to be put out of business !!

Terrible customer service.

Awful company, ordered nail dust extractor which is really bad and doesn’t do the job. I asked for a refund in my first email to this company. They requested to see a video which I did send. Instead of a refund I was sent the same dust extractor so no improvement here. I have again requested a refund and they said I am now out of 30 days money back warranty. I have never asked for a replacement at first place.
Anyway, 19 emails later they keep repeating themselves telling me the filter is dirty. Like going in circles. Please do not but I wish I had checked trustpilot before I fell for this scam

Awful scam company , my mum ordered a mask and it left her with dents in her forehead and was really uncomfortable to use. Asked to return the item and they said we would have to pay a 50% restocking fee. Items are not from the UK they are from China .Mask was cheaply made .AVOID AT ALL COSTS if i could give less than 0 stars i would . The people that run this company must be horrible people.

Awful company! They won’t accept an item back unopened as it’s not BST, dangerous item. Please do NOT purchase, rip off scam company!

I bought an Ionic hair drier for my wife. Despite reporting it had a bogus British Standards Licence number on it's moulded plug I was denied a refund. After having it examined by a Trading Standards Officer (who confirmed this and other issues) I tried again to get a refund but was denied. It seems a mockery that we have to give even one star to people who continue trade in items with bogus British Standard markings.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star they are CON artist. The products are awful, cheap and too good for the bin. AVOID please don’t make the same mistake as me !

I received a hair dryer as gift from my partner and within 4 months it burnt red hot, smelt bad and died. When I contacted them, they stated exactly the same as others have wrote on here. That you can only send back in 30 days of receiving it, which is a false according to consumer rights. I will be reporting this company to trading standard and will be going to my bank instead of wasting my time with this awful fraudulent company. They are obviously just making a fast buck selling shoddy cheap dangerous goods. Telephone number does not work and no address provided on website, this way they can’t be traced by trading standards. They are trying to get my review removed, but we have been sold dangerous goods and this is the only way to warn people. If you have kept your book and can find an address report them. Perhaps they should have refunded us when I asked for our money back…. Instead of asking citing 30 days have passed, which is BS. SHAME ON YOU KISS PROOF!

I purchased a kissproof ionic hairdryer 5/11/23. At less than six months old it started burning and failed completely. I wash my short hair three times a week and as my husband has no hair I am the only person who uses it. I have taken care of this hairdryer as for me it was an expensive item
I wrote to kissproof who stated that their policy was only to replace a product within 30 days of purchase.
Be very very wary of buying anything from this Company. They were no help at all and did not give a damn about their clearly faulty product. You will be far safer buying from a high street retailer.

Hairdryer blew up within 4 months. I emailed to be told they have a 30 day policy. What a joke!

This company is one of the worst companies you could buy from. I was well organised for Christmas and bought my auntie a Christmas present the end of November, not only did it take weeks on end to arrive it wasn't working.

Electrical appliances should have a year policy and this company won't even entertain a refund or replacement for the hairdryer. Absolute joke do not buy from them.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, one million times over. LED mask was a piece of plastic junk from a factory in China. I would not dare put it on my face, looked extremely unsafe. I would place my bets on the fact it's dangerous/skin hazard/fire hazard. Anyway, I went back and forth for weeks before they agreed a partial refund, with me return to product to Shanghai, China at the cost of 28.99. I was so frustrated and wanted to prove a point, that I returned the bloody product. Received notification yesterday that they were refunding my 52.99. All in all, I'm down 40 quid and it's caused a whole load of stress. Will be contacting the financial ombudsman. ABSOLUTELY FRAUDSTERS. They are a drop shipping company, they are based on England, order the product from China directly to your house. The products are about £15 (same mask is on eBay) and they sell them 'on sale' for £64.99 down from £129.99. do not fall for this.

Do not shop with this company. They are a total scam selling faulty products and refusing to cancel or refund orders. I am going to be reporting them to trading standards for failing to abide by consumer rights. Just don't buy anything from them ever.

The iconic hairdryer they sell is dangerous it bursts into flames the plug is not U.K. compatible and does not meet U.K. standards. This could kill someone it’s very very dangerous! They flatly REFUSE to refund they are CONNING PEOPLE! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON MEN I AM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like other reviews this company is a complete sham. They provide themselves with good reviews on the website but they are clearly not from genuine customers. I purchased a nail dust extractor £130 based on their reviews and safe to say is still hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks. I also contacted them as had been given 3 different shipping dates and 3 fake tracking details. What a surprise to be told it’s been “sent back” for some unknown reason. The customer service advisor “Emma” doesn’t know a whole lot. I have requested a refund but have also taken this further through my credit card company as can’t see myself getting it back through them. I would warn everyone away from this company as clearly a scam.

I ordered a nail dust extractor in January and still not received it. Customer service are very good at replying to e.mails but just say the same thing, they are having logistical issues. The item was supposedly sent back to the supplier! The last e.mail stated it was in transit. I e.mailed again to be advised it had been been returned to the supplier again as they had dispatched the wrong colour!! I’ve asked for a refund on numerous occasions but received nothing as yet! I will keep trying. I think this company is a total scam and I can’t believe they are getting away with it. I paid £130.00 for this item which I probably won’t get back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY total rip off !!!!

I bought an LED light mask before Christmas. The package arrived nearly 2 weeks later than suggested. The package was badly damaged in transit. The product has an illegal UK plug (not fused). The customer service is terrible (an understatement). They tried to charge me re-stocking fees (also illegal), they ignored several emails, they told me they would refund (less than I paid) if i paid for the item to be returned (which would be most of the cost of the item) within 6 days (near impossible and they took 17 days to deliver to me in the first place!)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You will be lucky if your order arrives. Total scam
