I have to be honest. It's not quiet, it took ages to get to me and it doesn't dry my hair any quicker than my old dryer. Also, i found the control button is quite difficult. It's lighter in weight but that's about it.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY … I ordered an LED face mask for a gift , on the website the packaging etc looked amazing , received the item after 3 weeks , so obviously came from china or somewhere similar ! AWFUL customer service trying to return being fobbed off by Emma (seems the only person ) in customer service , you don’t get an answer to a question ! Now there saying it’s my cost to return an item that’s not as pictured or described !!! With no mention of costs !!! Just very difficult to deal with , wish I’d read the reviews !!!! Literally 1 stars !!! Not good enough ….Trading standards I’ll be reporting them a sham of a company (the website looks lovely looks like it’s a UK company ) unfortunately not !!!! Lessoned learned

Well if you want good customer service this firm is not for you, they have a returns policy that quite frankly stinks to high heaven where if anything goes wrong they expect you to pay the postage to send it back.

Items are not like advertised. Got the nail kit and its dangerous, the uv light burns your skin, look at all the reviews and believe them Fake company with Fake Goods!!

I urge you to avoid this company. impossible to get a refund. Emma, who is supposed to be in customer services is absolutely useless and just fobs you off week after week without giving any return address to send back goods. I will now report them to Trading Standards and sort out a chargeback with my card company. 71 reviews here and not one good one. AVOID

I’m currently going through issues with this company too. I ordered a nail kit as a Christmas present but into January then February it still hadn’t arrived. I chased through the Shop app and it kept saying the item was on its way at various points around the globe. Then when I’d had enough and asked for a refund, miraculously the link they sent said it had been delivered in 3rd Jan. It’s a complete scam that’s cost £60 all through being an ad pushed at me through Facebook.

The mask is not suitable for wearing, it has metal parts that dig into the face and cause pain, and without them the mask is too close to the face. the company is irresponsible and has been slow to act since the moment I contacted them. I sent an email to return the product on the same day I received it because there are parts that make it impossible to wear a mask. I received a reply that they can accept the return, but I cover the cost myself. in this case, the company's policy states that the company covers the cost due to the product's fault and it did not do so. In 2 days it will be a month since I received the product and I'm struggling with the return. Only after several e-mails I was given the return address, which was not given to me immediately. the address is incomplete and does not contain the city code. As it turned out, the address is wrong, after checking it in the city addresses, there are errors in it, I have 2 days to return the product to get a refund and I don't have the correct address to do it. and I still haven't received a return sticker from the company. I have been writing to the company for a month from 27.01.25 and the problem has not been resolved yet today is 25.02.25 I will never shop here again and I discourage anyone because communication is a game for time and to the detriment of the customer.

Firstly I tried to cancel an order ,which they reckoned was already sent 🙈then asked to return the item when received as they requested. They asked for photos which I sent (item was unpacked) and now they are ignoring my emails . Absolute rubbish products and completely unprofessional company ,that’s won’t refund . They have used BOTS for their positive reviews for sure . Do not buy from this shoddy set up

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered the iconic hairdryer and it is a cheap copy with very little power. It's a scam website with false advertising and reviews. Although the site has reviews under products, as a customer, you can't complete reviews on the website. This company needs investigating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address the owner told the delivery driver it was wrong and where to go, but he didn’t and the warehouse does not know where it is. Kissproof have said it’s nothing to do with them and will not help at all. After reading the review regarding the iconic hairdryer perhaps it is a good thing!!!

This company is a scam. Poor quality and refuse to process refund or return.

does anyone know how to get a refund. I paid £170 for 4 products a month ago, only one arrived and it is damaged. they are refusing to accept return despite sending pictures within 24hrs of receiving the product. I am dreading to wait to see the other three products if they ever arrive. they are thieves, take your money and give you a cheap product that probably costs less than 50 pence to make.

If I could give 0 points I would. Avoid this company at all costs.

I finally received my delivery and it had products missing. I raised a complaint to get this rectified on 20.11.24 and I'm still waiting for a resolution. All the lady Emma L keeps asking for is photo's and video's which have been sent and still nothing has been sorted. Despite me saying I want to return it I'm still waiting for the return to be processed. They sent a product with parts missing and most importantly the actual instructions to use the product. I wish I'd checked reviews before purchasing from these shysters. Avoid at all costs the company are useless!

It's also very interesting that they haven't responded to one customer who has left a bad review. Clearly and indication that they don't have a customer service department, don't believe in customer service !
A company that cared about its customers, its name and brand would respond to customers and do everything in their power to rectify any issues raised to ensure they are seen as a quality brand to work with.

Do not use these people. They state hassle free returns. I must have sent 20 emails and pictures of the products and they still haven’t provided returns address or what they call an RMA that is required to return an item. Hairdryers came with no kite marking.
Just to update a week later. They offered me. 10% refund and I could keep the products. When I declined they said they would give partial refund but the parcel had to arrive back in china within 6 days or they wouldn’t refund anything.

I haven't received my order which was over a month ago , have been in contact with company and they say it should arrive soon which isn't the case as it hasn't moved on the tracking.Very disappointed, also they say refund after 60 days 🤔 of not receiving when they clearly can see the item isn't moving anywhere

Terrible Company. Do not buy from. I ordered a hairdryer and saw no indication it would be coming from China! As you can guess the hairdryer was marked as returned to sender and never arrived. I have been chasing a refund which was confirmed but now they say my order has been re sent so no refund!! So no hairdryer and no refund!

Absolutely awful company with zero customer service. Please do not buy anything from them!!! Bought a hairdryer as a gift for my daughter, when it arrived the box was battered and the hairdryer damaged. They have refused to send a new one and want me to pay for a return. Absolute joke!!!!

Absolutely the worst company to shop with my first time ever buying an item, which I haven’t used and I want to return it, it cost me £50 for the item but they won’t give me any returns address or any details about how to return it. I’ve been sending emails back and forth all day but it’s like they’re talking in riddles it’s really starting to frustrate me.
