I can only reinforce what others have said. Avoid at ALL costs. Terry, their so say customer service rep isn’t replying and despite them saying a refund has been issued after I paid to return a watch, I’ve me never received it. PLEASE don’t be part with your hard earned money to them and make the mistake the rest of us have!

Absolute chareltons they picked the wrong customer to con !
Had to remind them of my consumer rights legislation.
Tried to tell me I can't get a refund due to 14 day period however online shopping is covered by the consumer rights act and that any thing brought within 30 day period and is faulty Inacurrate false advertised products, unfit for purpose is covered within the 30 day period for full refund!! Ive screen shotted the legal consumer rights act for them and attached to the email with my second request for a refund! I will win this !

Don't buy from this site, scam. All my emails are getting ignored, no refunds. Terry is useless. Something has to be done to stop them from ripping people off. You've been warned ⚠️

If you're reading this before purchasing then don't go ahead with your purchase! I was suckered in by the fake 5* reviews on the website and bought this piece of junk. Spent money on a sim card and topped it up, but it didn't work. You can't even change the time on it so it's useless! Contacted them to complain and had to send a video demonstrating it. Did this and was sent a new one very quickly. It was the same rubbish as the first so sent another video. Was told I could have a refund, but had to pay postage and it had to be in original packaging etc. I know both of these are unnecessary to obtain a refund for a faulty product and told them so, but did pay to post them back as I just wanted the whole thing over with. Sent it recorded delivery and received the refund within a week so do persist if you're trying to get a refund. I ensured I was firm, but not rude.

Absolutely terrible. They sent it to the wrong flat number so I never recieved my item. I knocked all all the flats in my building but no1 would own up to having it. It was a bday present for my son and when I emailed to tell them that royal mail had confirmed the delivery address the company put on my parcel was not mine they just ignored all my emails. No watch and no refund either.

AVOID AVOID AVOID As with the previous review, if I could give them a 0 I would. Not only is the product quite clearly not what you expect it to be and the detail of 'full instructions' is an absolute joke, the item did not work! I emailed about the problem and they advised the watch was faulty and they would send a replacement. I said I did not want a replacement, I would like a refund, they then went on to offer me a 10% discount, which I refused, a 20% discount, again refused and then a 50% discount, REFUSED. They then tried to tell me that in order to get a full refund I had to return the item at my own cost, unopened!!!!! They are clearly dodgy as they are trying to avoid consumer legislation. How would I know the item is faulty unless it has been opened?? In addition to this, they kept spouting their company policy is that they don't pay return postage ... which they are obliged to by law. Funnily enough they don't have any telephone number on their website and their return address is a warehouse. The website also details 24/7 support ... what a joke. Terry is the only person there and you don't get a response from him in the mornings so I suspect he may not even be UK based! Steer clear, I too have reported them to Trading Standards and am contacting my credit card provider.

Would rate 0 if I could. Watch arrived damaged and Terry at customer services was absolutely useless. This seems to be a little business being run in a back street garage or a little shed in terrys back garden somewhere. I have had to approach my bank for a charge back and have reported to trading standards. You have been warned

Thrash! Dont believe the reviews on the website. I fell for it and also thought it was a UK company. It isnt. I bought 3 separate SIM cards. O2 was not recognized by the watch. I tried one that was good for tracking only and that also did not work. The giffgaff one did finally work but the only feature that works is phone calling. Nothing else works. Does not track, shows location almost 2 KM away, no safe zone, nothing. Tried setting up the watch on a more accurate tracking app and the app wouldnt even recognize the watch. Also this watch is using LBS not GPS. The app is full of annoying ads also. Between the watch and money wasted on SIM cards and topping up only for it not to work 75 quid down the drain. Just avoid.

Absolutely shocking service. I wish I’d read this before I purchased. I bought one for my son, fully charged & the watch stopped working within minutes (totally useless & doesn’t work). Does not work at all. I have been trying to get a refund, best they can offer is 25% back and the privilege of keeping a broken watch. Awful customer service.

Send me watch that don't even shot the time. None of sim cards work, Can't connect to wifi, don't count the steps, Now ignoring my emails and no refund to this date. Absolutely disgusting. Will be reporting to google and amazon for allowing this scammers to advertise on tier platform.

avoid, gps function is useless. not even remotely close. safe zone function doesnt work. customer service is non existent and will take a week to respond to any of your emails. won't tell you how you can get a refund either. best thing to do - click on their google shopping ad over and over again, it will cost them money

They do not deserve 1 star! My emails are ignored. The kids smart watch is not working I have tried 2 UK Micro SIM cards - Lebara and Giffgaff 5G that automatically support 2G and both cards working well . The product is a failure! What a disappointment ! Yes, the Next day delivery is just a good trick

The poor parents that are buying these watches for their children. My daughter and I are so angry about this. She was so excited when she opened it, it was a birthday present!!! Absolute money scammers.

In battle with them having received a non fitbit “Fitbit” smart watch. As others have stated the product doesn’t keep time or date, it drops every time you have to charge (every few days), edges are sharp and dangerous and ours was broken in under two weeks. Claiming we are outside the refund time as the product was sat waiting for a birthday for a couple weeks prior to being opened - so effectively true but within 14 days of opening it’s died. Being offered a 50% refund and not a replacement or free of charge fix as per the advertised warranty. Think they rely on selling a £1 piece of rubbish for £25 and having to refund 50% and that most people give up the will to live before getting a full refund - hence £12 profit on each product that’s not fully refunded. Avoid like the plague

FINALLY managed to get a refund so my advice is don't give up! I have not been refunded the cost of tracked and signed for delivery though so am still out of pocket. Absolute piece of garbage in a box. Watch snapped in my hand when following the instructions supplied by email (as the instructions with the watch were wrong!). Their site is full of bogus positive reviews, I have asked to leave a review on their site and they have not responded to this. Email tennis amounting to around 20 emails finally resulted in some action. Still referring to this piece of rubbish as a 'Fitbit'. Cannot believe they haven't been shut down. AVOID.

Scam warning. This is how they operate - they send you a random cheap watch in a black/grey box (nothing like the watch in the website nor even the nice box).

You complain and my main man Terry pretends he doesn't know what's wrong so asks for a photo. You have hope at this point because you didnt bother checking Trustpilot before the order and so you don't know any better, and you send him the photos. This will get resolved in to time you tell yourself as you make a cup of tea, nibbling on the digestive biscuit, eager to dip it straight into the cup as soon as the tea is ready.

Your phone's alert goes off, it's Terry again. Nice one Terry you think, my man's going to sort it for me. But instead he offers you 50% off and says you can keep the watch. You say nah, I'd rather have the watch you advertised Terry, the one on your website. So he then delays a day or so and says, how about you take the 50% off as refunds can take a long time. Dread creeps into your now startled heart. What's going on and why isn't he giving me the watch I paid for you ask yourself. So you reply to his email saying nah, I actually need the watch that you advertised and not this cheap nasty three part watch you sent me, and he then writes back after a delay to say that you have actually gone over the refund days offered by the company and so you can now only get 50% off.

Whatta SCAM, beautifully executed.

You write back shaking with anger, will i ever get my money back? Will the advertised watch ever rest peacefully on my child's wrist, does that watch even exist?

Terry then pretends he is talking to other departments and management to see what he can do but actually Terry just puts on a different hat or maybe some lipstick and talks to himself and comes back with the same 50% off offer.

You end up taking it fearing you might not even see this partial refund.

I can't believe with all the trading standards complaints this SCAM site is still operating. You know what, its not even Terry's fault. My man's figured out a way to get 12 quid per 50p watch that he has in his stock and as long as Trading Standards let him trade, my main man Terry will be all the different depts of this SCAM Company rubbing his hands with our hard earned money. He probably doesn't even have to get out of bed until the end of the day to post the watches out, ready to hurt another 30 people the next day that will recieve something well below what they paid for.

Avoid this site. My new procedure is to check trustpilot before I buy from any sites that I don't know so I avoid getting scammed in the future. But you got me this time Terry, you got me and my 12 great British pounds that you scammed with your beautifully designed website. PS: I am never eating your chocolate oranges ever again.

Shocking scam company, no customer service, lying, rip off merchants, two watches useless and didn’t work, no refund given, emails ignored continuously, no phone numbers to speak with anyone, I’m so annoyed they have ripped us off !!!!!

Should be zero stars. Scam company. Gutted I didn't do my research before paying out for two watches that don't work. Unable to return or get a refund. Basically been robbed.
