I bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas present and when we opened it on the big day she was very excited and happy. I put in the sim card but it wouldn't accept it. I can't register the watch either with their app which makes it a useless item. I have spent £35 on something that doesn't work! I wrote a review on kidssmartwatch website which was 1 star and they haven't even published it! So it shows you that they make up all the reviews on their website to deceive to buy their fake products. The company doesn't have any contact number only email address. I have emailed for either a refund or if they can send me another watch. I still haven't heard from them!

I bought 2 watches for my grandsons.Christmas day my grandson put it on it fell off his wrist onto a wooden floor.And the screen cracked all way across something you would get in a lucky bag .Iv emailed them 3 times still awaiting a reply shame on them.

Total scam. Watch comes without registration code and therefore you can't set time, date, add phone numbers or use gps.

I would put 0 star but it’s not available , watch is not working it’s absolute rubbish , hope you fat arses happy stealing and ripping off wee kids . Absolute disgrace

Absolutely awful product! Brought for my son for Christmas. Spent hours trying to get it to work! EE sim card didn't work in it. Response is shocking. The company doesn't respond. No phone number. Going to try and get a refund. But don't hold out hope. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely rubbish, 2 very disappointed grandchildren Christmas morning, spent most of Christmas day getting frustrated and spent about 4hrs trying to set it up, does nothing without a sim card it, camera awful, and one game, and GPS is off by 3 miles

Like many, I wish had seen these reviews before I purchased this rubbish!
Opened today for Christmas Day and it is absolute rubbish. Doesn’t work, can’t even keep the watch just to tell the time as you can’t adjust. SIM card we bought for it, works in all our other devices but not this.
Not holding out much hope of a response, never mind a refund.
Reported to Trading Standards.
AVOID!

I paid for a three and only recieved 2. They dont answer emails and have no other way of contact.

I hope people check these reviews before buying.

Absolutely APPALLED by the quality of this product!!!! False advertising at its very best. Does absolutely NOTHING it claims to do and cannot even change the date or time on it. USELESS. Not even worth a fiver. I wish I had read the reviews here instead of rushing and just looking at the fake ones on their website. They have picked the wrong person to deal with as I will not let this go until I am refunded. They need to be reported to trading standards.

Edit: they are now not responding to any emails regarding a refund....just ignoring me! In case they read this I have now contacted The Guardian, The Daily Mirror and the BBC regarding the supposed amazing reviews of this product on their website which I believe to be fake!! Next step will be Trading Standards and reporting to the police, so I suggest they respond to me and issue an immediate refund! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Scam, as everyone else has written I wish I'd seen these reviews. I ordered on the 3rd December and nothing has arrived yet it was supposed to be a tracked 48hr shipment. I've sent 3 emails requesting a refund and heard nothing back.

They have now relocated to Australia
same terrible service - non existent service
took a month to arrive
doesn't work
and still no work from company regarding a refund.

Awful company. Sent the wrong colour watch, and ignored emails when I asked to return it. 14 days return/refund policy which is no good as I work away for 3 weeks at a time. AVOID at all costs. Normally I check prior to purchase, but unfortunately not this time.

I placed an order, I did not receive the order as they said it would be delivered the next day. I sent an email and received no reply. I don't know how I will recover money.

I have ordered this product on 06/12/2022 for next day delivery, and until now I have not received. Returned email from kids smartwatch tried to convince me that I will recieve it. Awful, My grandson birthday had gone, I have ordered for this occasion, but its gone, what is the point to have it now????

I have received a watch which is unopened as I read all of the reviews unfortunately after I had paid for my order. I have emailed this company over 20 times for the return address which I have had one reply.

Awful product. I wouldn't have paid £5 for this, let alone £35.

This is obviously a company that's not based in the UK, as delivery IS NOT next day, as they claim it to be on their website.

It's an awful 2G watch that doesn't support video calling, even though they claim it to on their website. Their customer service doesn't exsist, they are SCAMMERS

If everyone on here reported this company to trading standards, then this company would be taken down.

Rubbish!
Watches are not as advertised and not worth a fiver let alone the "half price" sale price of £35. Want a refund and just being ignored!
Not happy!

Absolute scam, replacement was sent for first smart watch which didn’t work, replacement still didn’t work, returned both and was promised a refund which never came!! I tried numerous times to contact them. They stopped returning my emails.
