Kids Smartwatch Anmeldelser 

Bought kids smart watch for my daughter and 6 hours later with 2 different SIM cards (both topped up £10) later it will not register the sim. I googled 2g sim and both EE and GIffgaff are suitable. They don’t work. Rubbish product. They get away with this due to ‘you need a 2g sim’ truth is the watch is not fit for purpose. So cross as now I’ve wasted £50 when I could have just bought a better watch in the first place.

Bought a kids ‘Fitbit’.
Arrived and was missing the actual watch, all that was included was the strap & charging cable.

Incorrect colour sent and also advertised as ‘Fitbit’ this was not true, it was a poor quality imitation fitness tracker.

Offered replacement but I stated would rather have a refund, was told company policy that if I wanted a refund must return at my own expense.
Appalling customer service. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!

Yet to receive any further response from the company.

These are the same scammers as mybabymonitor.co.uk, officialgardenhose.com
gardenhose.co.uk and garden-hose.com.au. All operating out of the same rented 'seat' in an office block in London. No means of contacting them. They'll take your money and run.

Absolutely disgusting this is the worst product service , the item arrived in a plain blue box not like advertised no lead nothing , does not charge and when trying to contact them I have repeated emails asking for me to send a video stating what is wrong this was for my sons 8th birthday they are scammers all I kept getting was sorry for the inconvenience caused I am now going to report this company to trading standards

Absolutely terrible product and customer service. If I could give negative stars, it would be more appropriate. I bought this watch with the intention of gifting my son as his 11th birthday gift.
It didn’t recognize sim insertion despite being a brand new giffgaff one, the camera doesn’t work.
It’s just an absolute train wreck. Then I returned product as it was entirely useless and 9 weeks on, my refund has not been processed. Guy in customer service named Terry provides crappy service. I’m beginning to think that this company is a fraud. Level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable and appalling!

If I could give it no stars I would!! Atrocious delivery time, took 8 weeks to deliver then when it came tried a sim in the watch but sim wasn’t recognised so couldn’t be used!! Atrocious wasted £50 which could’ve been put into better sim deals with 02. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM- avoid at all costs. Website was very misleading. Watch doesn't actually give an accurate time or date and there's no option to change this. I tried several 2G sim cards and the watch couldn't read them meaning the tracking and phone functions couldn't be used. Camera is pixelated and maths game is rubbish. Completely worthless piece of junk.

Product was faulty and they would not provide a refund.

Complete scam, I'm just gutted I didn't read these reviews first! Shell of a watch, 'usb' not a real one, generic box and no fitbit logos. I have reported to trading standards and also contacted fitbit. Had to pay to return item and they said as I good will gesture they would refund 50%. Eventually got full refund, not including the return cost after quoting legal rights.

AVOID! This is a scam, please avoid this company. They mislead you by using the Fitbit trademark, but the watch is cheap and nasty. They refuse to refund unless you send back at your own cost, but why should you. For anyone else caught by this scam please don't leave yourself out of pocket for postage, lodge a claim against them with your credit card company for a refund. Trading Standards and Fitbit need to know. They should be closed down to stop this happening to more people.

We previously had an xplora watch….. do not buy one they are not accurate at all, so I returned and looked at kidsnav, so far it’s done all that it is supposed to do and so far the gps has been spot on. The call quality is very clear as is the video calls, for some reason though I can’t seem to text phone unless I use the app and I have to open app to check if I have a message from my son as it does notify me even though I have all permissions on, I will have to explore this further. App is good and has plenty of information so fingers crossed it continues to be a great buy, my child is wearing it today so we will see.

I asked for returns address and got ignored.

It’s a scam- the watch is cheap £1 plastic can’t change the date or time- the buckles are sharp dangerous for little kids- delivered with no instructions or invoice- the website looks professional but the product is definitely not as described. Company not giving me a refund offered 50% off and keep the product - now taking legal action. They should not be allowed to sell online. The reviews must have been all fake. Do not buy this at all!

My 11 year old daughter was sucked into this, thinking she had bought herself a Fitbit.
The website at a glance looks legit, lots of reviews and a section saying how the watches have been featured on BBC, etc.
DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!
When the watch arrived it came in a plain box with generic instructions. The watch was cheap and plasticky, the buckles made from sharp metal. And it wouldn’t even turn on! My daughter was heartbroken - she’d saved her pocket money for this!
Luckily the company did agree to pay a full refund and this has now been sorted - it’s their only saving grace!
I will be trying to contact Fitbit to inform them that their company name is being used.

I wish I didn’t even need to give it 1 star… not even worth that! Watch was faulty, wouldn’t give refund, sent another one which was also faulty. Refusing refund.
Wish I had seen these reviews, fake website, SCAM!!

Gutted I never read this! This site should be reported to the police and taken down. I spent £25 on a watch for my sons birthday, it is not much better than something out of a Christmas cracker. It arrived in an old box, with no instructions or charger and has no power on button. It is totally worthless as it does not even fit into a USB charging plug and the watch straps don’t go on or off. All I can say is Karma won’t be kind. Do the right thing.

I’m bedridden with a severe disability and can’t work so I don’t have much money and I saved to buy this for my granddaughters birthday.
It’s not as advertised and came in a Jiffy bag with absolutely no instructions and broken!
I’ve tried to contact them but no reply.. I’m heartbroken as I can’t afford to buy her another present now and I can’t give it to her.
All FAKE glowing reviews on their site.
I really wish I’d checked on here first! Update: I’ve also just realised the little lead to charge the watch is the wrong sort and wouldn’t even work to try to turn it on. Also I I found the same watch on eBay for £2.99 compared to there advertised £79. I paid £29 as was apparently in the sale but still a lot for me to have stolen off me! I’ve emailed as many fraud action companies as possible to try to take them down. The more people that do it the quicker they will be taken down

Please avoid at all costs. First watch they sent was faulty after weeks of chasing them up they sent another which has the same fault. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate here.

Only awarding one star because I can’t give zero. This company advertised a smartwatch as “Kids Sonic FitBit” but it is clearly some terrible fake. Tue watch has a lot of glowing reviews on their website which are clearly also fake. The watch that arrived was also the wrong colour. No way to call the company to complain and continually get fobbed off when asking them to arrange a return. Avoid this company at all costs.
