I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. This company is obviously an absolute sham. I bought this watch for my daughters Christmas present and there was no way to link it to the app as there was no QR code present on the watch. Despite sending a video to the company I have not received any response back. Total waste of money and complete scam. I only wish I had seen the reviews sooner. Do not buy from this company.

Does anyone know how to link the watch to the app? Im on my second watch now (they sent me another for free as they just kept sending emails telling me to scan the QR code...which didn't work!), which don't work!!!! I just can't connect it to the app and wondered if anyone had come up with a work around? I have the app...just cant connect the watch to it.

I too have been scammed. The reviews on their website are obviously fake as my experience has been dreadful.
The app keeps asking me to confirm the registration code is correct but I have no way of doing this. It obviously doesn’t like the registration code I am entering. Total rubbish and a waste of my money. My poor daughter is devastated.

Gps is horrible and not accurate even when my son is in the house he is 4.5 mils away and the app is a joke highly recommend you stay away from it I have put a review on there website but I doubt they will approve it

Absolute piece of sh!t. Doesn’t recognise any SIM card, website all bullsh!t. Grand website m, grand address actually a sh!thole East London high street. You won’t get a refund, this is obviously a criminal gang selling cheap pieces of Chinese crap at inflated prices. Reported to trading standards to investigate but can’t imagine I’ll hear much back. Notice how you can’t pay by PayPal to get protection that way. Avoid at all costs.

I agree with everyone. I’m furious it is useless can not return no address given. It will not accept the SIM card. It does not work at all. My grandson is totally disappointed and I’ve been taken in by the con. Been trying to contact them daily since Christmas. How could they upset so many kids. Just mean and awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The watch is absolutely rubbish I have bought 2 different sims , I can’t register it to the app as it doesn’t come with a registration number. I have emailed the company numerous times to which I have been completely ignored. I have started a dispute with my bank for a refund. Absolutely disgusting ripping children off with a piece of rubbish .

I feel so stupid. Our granny bought this watch for our 7 year old. The design is shockingly bad and the watch just falls out of the bracelet. Absolutely useless. I have emailed them but reading these, i won't hold my breath. This should not be allowed. I will contact trading standards as these scammers need to be shut down ASAP. Disgusting!!!

This was totally unacceptable. I hated to see my child’s face when I told him his watch isn’t working. Isn’t there anything that can be done to take down the website so others don’t fall for the trap?

Yes me too! Bought this watch for my son for Christmas and haven't even been able to charge it. It is useless. I have emailed the company but judging by these reviews I am not holding my breath for a reply or refund. Will keep persevering. Had to buy a different watch to get over my son's great disappointment. Terrible - avoid this company and do not give them any money.

Unfortunately I to have falling for this scam company, all of above compliants by the very same as I’ve had. Need to find some way of reporting this scam company to someone ??

Bought as xmas present for a child, magnetic charger wont hold on watch, and £10 sim card I purchased wont work as watch wont except it. Have emailed company everyday for two weeks and had no reply. How disgusting this company is still selling to the public.

I could cut and paste for everyone below. I want to take this further as I feel like it's a scam. No answer from customer service, emails and no telephone number. I left a negative review and it's no where to be seen. So angry and such a waste of money.

I bought two watches for Xmas did not get SIM cards can’t use them and contacted company through email as no number and had no reply disgusting very very disappointed

What a truly terrible product. My wife bought this watch so we could keep track of our 7 year old. PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!!

1. The camera is shocking. Like the worst I've ever seen.
2. It advertised a torch and video calling, but these are not possible.
3. GPS is out by about a mile, at least.
4. Build quality so cheap and flimsy.
5. The game on it is mathematics equations only.
6. Signal is little to none at all times.
7. Customer service are none existent. Do not reply to emails.

Their website is filled full of fake reviews saying how amazing the watch is, so be careful.

May as well copy and paste from all the other reviews. Absolute scam, don’t respond to any contact, now stuck with a piece of tat. Will try going down the bank dispute route as well. Lesson learnt - always check Trust Pilot before ordering anything!!

This is a scam company as others have said and it should be removed by Google. Produ t is defective and the reviews are make believe.

I so wish i had seen all these reviews Before hand. Having the same issue as others. I have managed to get the sim to work but the watch has been sent with No Device ID so unable to register.
I have emailed Twice but still no reply. Not holding out much hope. I will try and my bank but not sure that will get me anywhere as i ordered back in October.

The same story as everyone else unfortunately. Gifted to my daughter from Santa on Christmas day. And now she's devastated he gave her a faulty product. Watch doesn't work. Keeps saying it needs a valid SIM of which I have tried 4. Have emailed company and there's no reply. Raised with bank in hope of a refund that way. Avoid at all costs. These people should be ashamed of themselves .. but I guess that's the mentality of scammers.
