The first time I ordered over a year ago it took a long time and several different packages. I ordered in November and was so amazed at how super FAST my order came!! The Black Friday deal was too good to miss out on. I will definitely be ordering again.

I placed an order in late November. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my products. I have been looking at recent youtube reviews, and almost all the youtubers who mention anything about shipping have had to wait over a month, sometimes even 2 months to receive their products. At the register, it estimated my "delivery date" to be December 9th with regular shipping, and since that was before Christmas, I thought it was okay. Well it's December 27th. I had hoped to use the items as Christmas gifts, but obviously that's impossible now.

It took almost an entire month for my package to even make it to the United States, and then upon reaching the US, the package sat for over a week and I still haven't received it.

I did look up the company's policy on shipments, and according to its website, it states that it doesn't feel responsible if a package doesn't make it to the buyer. Unless you pay extra to buy insurance, they're not going to refund you or help you out; so you're basically s h i t out of luck if the package doesn't reach you. Frankly, there's plenty of companies that have better customer service than this; I don't want to have to spend months worrying about a stray package only for a company to tell me "I'm not responsible" and then screw me over when I get nothing despite having paid money for their items. Even during COVID times, various companies will refund me automatically if my items aren't received without me having to purchase an insurance. Further, other companies that I ordered from have not taken this long to get my items to me.

I gave this a one star because it's highly unlikely I will ever order from here again. My first experience was a bust and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

I love this website. reasonable prices and a great selection of cute, high quality items. With the fedex shipping, things get here very question. I have bought several times from them now, and I will keep doing so.

Sooo many goodies. Received my order timely, even with all the Covid restrictions and holidays nearing. Love this shop!

I really enjoy shopping here. The prices are reasonable, they're always having sales, and shipping is either free or cheap, and even the slowest shipping doesn't really take all that long. The items are always just as pretty as in the pictures, they work as promised instead of just being cheap crap, the notebooks are amazing... I have spent a ton of money and have zero regrets.

Also, when I had a huge issue with Fedex being jerks, this shop listened to my complaints, and now mark my packages to be left no matter what. They didn't have to go to that much trouble for me, but they do, and it's deeply appreciated.

I have placed several orders with Kawaii pen shop and they always ship quickly. I have noticed that the last order took longer to get to me, but that was true for every Christmas order I placed even with US companies. I love the washi and sticker collections. I am also very impressed with the quality of the pens.

I’ve never had an issue with the shipping any time I’ve ordered. The washi selection is amazing!

i ordered my stuff 2 months ago and still nothing has arrived! no contact about my order only emails about other sales. i am really hoping for a refund but i wanted those items! i find this strange since i know many that have ordered from kawaiipenshop and have had a very successful experience, i have no idea where my order is but the service is absolutely appalling.

SCAM. They are using other scam shipping company (SF EXPRESS) to provide you with the tracking number. The items I've ordered are stuck in one state ("In transit") for the last month and I don't think I will ever receive them. Order placed almost 2 months ago. Hopefully PayPal will give me my money back... Save yourself from losing your money and buy somewhere else.

EDIT: After I've filed the claim to get my money back through PayPal suddenly my package got delivered within a week. Still took almost two months to arrive (and for 1 month it was sitting in the distribution center in nearby city)

Placed an order 20 days ago, took my money immediately but items still in HK somewhere. They give me excuses and incorrect tracking information. Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money.

P.s. the “company” have taken down my complaints and comments from their fb pages and have blocked me, but still keep advertising for business they can’t deliver. This tells you all you need to know.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered an item about one month ago. Still have not received it. Bad customer service. They don't know how to ship items the right way. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Although it took quite a while for my first order to arrive I was so happy with the items that I placed a second, bigger order and opted for the nominal shipping upgrade. So glad I did. Order arrived promptly as promised. Love this shop.

Fast shipping and adorable products. I purchased a refillable planner a few months ago and not only has it saved me, but it’s just so cute and actually fun to write in. The tapes, stickers, and markers are all really great for such a low cost! Definitely will be purchasing again.

I recommend paying for "expedited" shipping, especially right now: between Covid, gutting of the US Post Office, and the increase in mailing volume at this time of the year it may be awhile before you get it.

Shipping is garbage. I ordered Nov 23 it said expected by Dec 4 its now Dec 12 and it's still in Hong Kong and has been there since the 30th and im probably never going to see the item. I only didn't give it a one star because of Corona and the holidays but still is hasn't moved at all for almost three weeks
