My daughter and I have ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a couple of times and were very impressed with their timely service and their products. You get a lot of variety in their sticker boxes and several of the same pattern. Seems to be a great reliable company.

My order order arrived quickly and in great condition. My items were exactly as pictured and/or described on the website. I was grateful there was an option for shipping that included tracking. I will be ordering more items in the future! Especially the adorable and fun stickers.

My order arrive super fast, even during covid. The items were packaged well. I would definitely shop here again.

I really enjoyed everything i ordered! It also arrived lightning fast! Will be ordering from them again. Much better selection than other stores. :) Some of the pens ran out of ink a little fast. But the stickers and washi tapes are super perfect!

I ordered about a week ago and the items came today. Fast shipping and great prices. The quality is amazing and it came in a custom package and well packaged. With free shipping I assumed the worst and expected the items to come about a month from now and stomped on. Thankfully this was far from the truth. I have never been so excited to recieve a package. The one downside was that I had to pay Swedish customs (but it was only 10$) but even despite that this has been a delightful experience. I will be a returning customer.

I have no complaints. Great express service to Australia. Tracking kept me updated and stickers were super cute.

Horrible customer service!!!
I had purchased it once, but for the second time is terrible experience! I didn’t receive the package, even when it was delivered, there was no any confirmation email to let me know about it until I check the tracking number because I had to wait so long. Then I send many emails to them to ask about it, and they said I gave them the wrong address. Keep emailing them and waiting for long time for each reply, until now, after 2 months, they haven’t refunded like what they replied. OMG!!! Stop support this business!!!!

Have ordered a couple of times from Kawaii. Love the products. Good quality and shipping is decent. The products come from China so the shipping timeframes are longer than in country, but not terrible. I know up front how long it will take so I order in plenty of time. Definitely will order from again!

I love Kawaii pen shop. Great products and the express shipping works great. Have already gotten several unique Xmas gifts, and I’m not done yet!!!

I ordered some Christmas presents in October thinking it would take up to a month to arrive, so in time for Christmas and it came in only 16 days. I live in Australia so that is a really quick time for me! I didn’t have any issues so I didn’t need to contact the seller however I have heard from numerous other people that their customer service is wonderful.

I ordered from Kawaii pen shop and got it very fast and for my birthday! love the pens and everything.

This is not a legitimate business, do not buy from them! I ordered package back in March and yet to receive my goods. It has been 6 months and counting. I have exchanged 30 emails with them and their only response is to wait. They won't refund me or send me a new package. On top of everything their customer rep got my name wrong. Never ever again!

I will report this business, these scammers shouldn't be allowed to take funds from people and not deliver promised goods.

They tell you shipping is free and that's true. However, be careful. I live in Belgium and had to pay 26 euro to customs service. So in the end I paid too much money for some stickers. Also: one of the products was defect. The website told me they will give me a refund though.

Conclusion: i don't recomend this website if you live in Belgium because it will cost you! But they do have nice stuff and they are helpful if you have a problem.

Don't command on this website !!!
My order never arrived (it's been 6 month now) and even if I DID take an insurance they don't want to reimburse me... They even blocked me on fb to prevent me from making them bad advert... The products may seem cute but the consumer service is 0 so go on Ali Express , don't make the same mistake than me . Or pay via PayPal and they will reimburse you, I made a big mistake to pay directly...

Inadmissible. J'ai passé commande en juillet en prennant l'assurance pour être remboursée si jamais le colis se perdait. Mi août ne voyant rien venir je leur écris et ils me disent que je l'ai reçu . Je leur dis que non et finalement ils me disent que le colis est en train de retourner à l'envoyeur et qu'ils me le renverront quand ils l'auront reçu. Donc je me dis "parfait quel bon service client". Un mois plus tard je leur réécris et c'est une autre personne qui me répond qu'étant donné que sur le suivi de colis il y a écrit "delivered" ils ne peuvent rien faire pour moi. Du coup je réécris début octobre pour leur dire qu'étant donné que le colis leur était retourné ils savaient pertinemment que je n'avais rien reçu. Pas d'autres réponses que "voyez avec votre poste". Avec le numéro de suivi de hongkongpost , la poste française ne connait pas ce colis et quoi qu'il en soit c'est à l'expéditeur de faire cette enquête. En France qd on ne reçoit pas un colis d'une entreprise française ils font l'enquête et remboursent (ça m'est arrivé avec grizzlycheri ou encore deguisetoi, remboursement immédiat après une déclaration sur l'honneur que je n'avais pas reçu le colis). Bref je suis extrêmement déçue de leur mauvaise foie et ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux. J'ai perdu quasiment 100€ dans l'histoire, en prennant en plus l'assurance, merci beaucoup ^^
Chgt le 12 octobre : ils m'ont bloqué sur fb pour que je ne puisse plus faire de commentaires sur leur page... Bravo à eux , ça serait tellement plus simple de régler le pb c'est fou

This is my second time ordering from Kawaii Pen Shop, both shipped extremely fast! I just ordered in September and I got my package in about a week which is amazing for shipping to Canada. I highly recommend them.

I ordered from this shop in June 2020, which was supposed to be a gift. I understood it was coming from Asia, so shipping would take a few weeks (I order things all the time from China and Japan and receive multiple packages from my family in Korea). 
BUT it has been 107 days since then and I still have not received my item. The USPS doesn't have tracking and their Hong Kong tracking item only has one status, mentioning its departure to the US, from June. I contacted the shop and they kept insisting that "others were getting their packages so I should get it too". When I asked for an updated tracking or status, I kept getting sidelined via their email. They would first send the auto message of them receiving the email and then another one saying they were "escalating it to their managers/ higher ups", but I do not get anything more of that. I'm exhausted from reaching out to them for help or assistance in regards to something I purchased (I had to email them at least 8 times starting in August because I would never hear from them.)
I do not recommend ordering from them. With the lack of customer service and care, it seems this place isn't a place you should support. I recommend going to some Etsy shops (they were able to work with my dilemma, making the washi tape I hoped to get from this scam of a place and expedite it to me). 
IF you can get all of that service via etsy and small businesses, THEN you can definitely don't need Kawaii Pen Shop.

I love this pen! I bought the Fine Tip, and I love using it for everyday writing. I was hoping to get a little bit more variety with the size of line that you're able to make so that I could use it for drawing as well, but this pen doesn't really allow you to make anything other than one standard line. I still love it though for everyday writing, and stippling! I wish it had more of a grip down by the tip, because sometimes it can be hard to hold, say if your hands were sweaty. Still love it regardless! Super convenient and easy to refill with the cartridges.
