The people we dealt with made the experience a pleasure. Natalie in the Sales Office and Henry On Site. Both were very approachable and civil. All questions were answered clearly and succinctly. Both were helpful and incorporated humour in their discussions with us.
Any worries were alaid and the whole experience for us was enjoyable. Both these employees were patient, kind and very good at their different jobs.
We thank them and look forward to sitting in our garden room.

Delivery of my hot tub today was a pleasure and all worked out without any issues. Irish Tony as he liked to be called did a great job. From guiding the hot tub into place with my crane driver, to setting it up and walking me through the chemicals a pleasure and with no headaches. Thanks to the team.

Jake and Joe installed our hot tub and after some initial issues getting it in past our meter boxes the installation went very well, both of them were very helpful and explained everything clearly, thank you so much

Tony and Gareth installed my hot tub to the highest standard. Both were very knowledgable and had loads of helpful tips. They are a massive credit to the company. Thank You

Joe and Garf delivered the hot tub and set it up. They were pleasant and helpful and Joe explained the operation well. They were supplied with an incorrect cover lifter but managed to fit that as a temporary measure until the correct lifter can be supplied and installed.

Gareth and Joe are top class, straight to the point, knowledgeable, absolute machines

Joe and Tony were amazing. Even though the electrician couldn’t come on the same day, they did everything they could to do settle the hot tub in. Lovely happy and cheery. An asset to Johnson’s.

Jake, Jordan and Gareth delivered the hot tub and were courteous, friendly and professional. They positioned the hot tub exactly where we wanted it and assembled the cover in situe. 100% recommend.

Tony came to do an annual service on our hot tub today. He was polite, friendly and courteous. He also went the extra mile by refilling the tub and putting chlorine in to get it going again. Thank you.

From odering on line to Jake and Tony coming to install my hot tub every thing was simple and a pleasure to deal with. The install team Jake and Tony Called ahead to let me know eta and when they arrived explained everything and couldn't have been any more friendly or professional.
Both chaps took pride in their work and made delivery and setup process a very pleasant experience. Would recommend johnsons hot tubs aftercare and install team any day of the week.

JAKE the engineer phoned ahead and gave ETA which was helpful. Fitted replacement pump, explained what was going on, tightened up some other things that had come loose, applied UV protector to hot tub lid.

All done with a smile.

Absolutely love our hot tub. The service was brilliant too, really friendly delivery team and answered all ours questions. Jake was great, gave us all the information and advice we needed. Definitely recommend this company!

After a completely awful experience with Johnson’s Jake and Gareth were amazing Joe in the office too! They saved the day today thanks guys Martins customer service was appalling however. I have wasted time and work hours on him not bothering to do a job at all. Taking the wrong photos as he could be bother to wait for me to arrive at the agreed time and the. Submitting the wrong photos which caused no end of stress today when the guys had to think on their fit and carry the hot tub round to an area that they were unprepared for. Johnson’s this is not right. Please take action you are impacting your good staff with someone who clearly doesn’t care further than making a sale!

Great service once again by the team. This time they moved the hot tub from our old house to the new one!

The guys at the Whitstable showroom were very helpful explaining all about the hot tube we purchased.
Tony and Jorden arrived early and installed the hot tub over coming a few access problems to get it where we wanted it. They were polite and helpful.
Tony had to come back the following day (the electrician couldn’t make it till then) to commission the tub and explain how to maintain and control it.
Excellent job from all the guys and Tony left his contact number in case we have any problems. Would recommend them to anyone

Tony and Jordan arrived on time in appalling weather and installed the hot tub exactly where I wanted it and ran through how to maintain and control it. Very friendly guys. Nothing was too much trouble and they left me their contact number in case I have any difficulties. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant experience buying our Kilimanjaro spa from Johnson’s. Gordon in the Eastbourne Showroom was really helpful with all our questions and a thoroughly lovely bloke to deal with.
Jo, Jordan and Tony arrived to commission the hot tub for us and they were great. Polite and helpful and showed us exactly what we needed to do to look after the spa.
All in all a good experience thanks to the individuals mentioned. Thanks fellas 👍
