Jake came to service our hot tub, he was, friendly, informative, tidy and efficient, he told us what he was doing so we knew the process and gave us some great tips on what routine to keep in between services and regular cleans. I now also know how to change the time. Thanks Jake.

Jake and the team were brilliant. Great communication, cared about our needs and requests, polite, thoughtful and worked hard to get things done on time. Jake also ran me through everything I needed to know about the hot tub and made great recommendations about the orientation. Couldn’t recommend Jake, Johnsons and Wellis more!

Our summerhouse/shed was built on time and efficiently by three different teams, one to actually build the building. Which was remarkable to watch the structure grow such a short time. The next team came and fitted the roof and the last team the decking and window. The only negative we have is that not all the parts were delivered initially, how can you miss a door and door handle? This caused a slight delay in finishing the project, as repeatedly the handle was forgotten on each trip! If it was not for Gordon in the local showroom who provided a handle we doubt whether it will have ever arrived. Apart from that all workers from the initial constructor,whose name we can't recall, were a credit to your Company. From Kurt the salesperson, Gordon in the sales office and the snagger who came and rectified a couple of things. Especially a mention of thanks to Michael B, Adam and Albert who laboured so well. Thankyou to all for such an efficient service and put our faith back into the British workmen!

Jake,Gareth and Darren were amazing as the gap was only an inch away from not being able to fit it was very tricky but they were so positive and managed to pull it off. Johnson’s customer care also great and well communicated.

It was wooden and fell apart, they couldn’t have been more polite and up to the challenge of breaking it down and removing it. Also so helpful and polite, nothing was too much of a problem for them. Ill be honest, buying the hot tub wasn't a great experience, the price was right but the aftercare wasn't the best. It took ages to get my tub when paid in full and was told the delivery would be quick. I'm still giving 5 stars though as this was saved by the two delivery guys, Jake and Joe. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole installation etc. Credit to these guys. That's how you should treat a customer. Many thanks
