Engineer today went above and beyond asset to any buisness
The young guy came today to do a omissions check on our cooker,the guy who came has been to our home quite a few times on different jobs and has always been polite,efficient and easy to speak to I was speaking to him about our sanitizer been broken and we’d been waiting of the part for weeks he asked if it was ok when he finished the cooker he’d take a look at the sanitizer,he looked at the sanitizer and managed with his diligence and persistence to fix the sanitizer, we were over the moon as not having the sanitizer makes our job harder and we would recommend this guy to anyone to come and complete a job that he wasn’t scheduled to complete he’s gone above and beyond and must be a excellent asset to your company and buisness

More reminder letters demanding money…
More reminder letters demanding money and threat of final notice. Administrator has stated on phone call that our account is not in debt and up to date. This happens on a regular basis and since installation. The installation took 6 months to finalise. The package is called total care. Total and care are not words that I would use. Avoid at all costs.

We recently had an issue with a washing machine which took longer than we would have hoped to resolve. However, we were kept aware of progress on a regular basis from Bernie in Customer Care whom we are sure helped to expedite the resolution quicker tan would have otherwise would have been the case
