Nice clean gym
Nice clean gym most machines are in working order and also clean and not covered in swear or sticky
Only fault is its extremely hot in there when heaters are on after 5 mins on treadmill doing a light jog you feel like your cooking

Everyone was so very helpful.
Everyone was so very helpful.
I am now going to get a personal trainer as I felt this was the best advice I was given because of my age and disabilities.
I have an appointment already, and hopefully will be able to achieve my goals.

workers are just rude and…
Workers are just rude and disrespectful. The workers are just so unkind! A worker Amelia i think her name was and another member of staff not sure what his name was.just spoke to me and my friend in an awful manner and was not respectful. i know for a fact i will NOT be going back! The workers have just ruined it! it is also very hot in the gym and the ladies only gym is way to small. apart from that it is all good!

Sign up was really easy
Sign up was really easy
Joined this month from another more expensive gym, so far so good.
My only negative is it seems the classes are a little unorganized. The first one I turned up to had no instructor and then I know that the next one is not happening but still shows on the schedule. There needs to be more live updates for when classes are cancelled/ not happening.
Classes themselves have been excellent so far.

To be sure you're looking at the latest version of our timetable, please always be sure to download it from our website rather than clicking on links direct from Google. Simply visit our website, choose your gym location and then look for the "download timetable" button.
If there have been some last-minute cancellations, we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you ever want to double check that a class is 100% running, please always feel free to give the gym a quick call before you leave home.

I would be a Lifer
I like the gym and the equipment the only problem I have with JD gyms is the opening hours are not that great. If JD Gyms Harlow becomes 24hrs I would be a lifer.
