I’ve used this product & service a number of times previously. This time:
Picked the device up from the easy to find counter on arrival, switched it on and headed to Kyushu for two weeks. The two of us had seamless strong net access wherever there was any signal at all. Posted it back at the airport.
Very easy + good value!

Nous étions 3. La pocket wifi a été très utile. Ça captait plutôt bien partout. La batterie tenait toute la journée. Seul bémol, la portée, il fallait rester proche les uns des autres.

Parfait, commandée à 48 h du départ , reçue à mon hôtel des mon arrivée et aucun souci de connexion pendant 12 jours …, rien à redire

Excelente servicio de Internet que siempre utilizo en mis viajes a Japón, eficiencia y muy buena relación precio-calidad.
Jamás me quedé sin conexión a Internet, aún en pueblos y montañas aisladas de Japón, me da mucha confianza porque viajo sola.

Organising the pocket wifi and its delivery to the hotel was simple and, when there was a problem with the hotel accepting it initially (not caused by anything Japan Wireless had done) it was quickly resolved.

The wifi worked trouble free for the one month we had it and we even had reception some of the time we were on our ship during a cruise around Japan.

Based on my experience, I would happily use the company again, or recommend to family or friends visiting Japan.

This is a must in Japan. The device was delivered to our hotel and we put it in the post box at the airport on our departure.
So convenient.
Charged every night and popped it into the bag we were carrying each day. Easy.

easy pick up from Narita airport and easy return at Kansai. simple instructions and the pocket wifi worked even on subway. strong clean signal and with the extra battery, never ran out of juice. Highly recommend, especially since you can run multiple devices at once. I had two phones and two laptops on at once without problem

I recommend this service. As a first time user of this service, I was pleasantly surprised how easy the entire process was. I made the reservation on line. Picked up the device once I landed, and dropped it off at the airport red post office box before security. The service provider really made it easy and made sure to inform me of the process. I also appreciated that they spoke some English at the pick up counter. But you can use a translator if needed. It was a bit expensive, but worth the cost to have the convenience of wifi handy at all times. The device was lightweight and the battery lasted all day for me. There is free Wi-Fi allover the city of you want to save money.

Easy and convenient delivery of the wifi unit to our hotel in Tokyo. We used it during our 3 week trip in Japan to Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Tokyo and Hiroshima. Very handy to have when planning trips or using Google maps. Easy drop off after use in any Japan Post box

Pocket wifi worked well all over Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. The pick up and drop off process was simple to follow.

Wifi abbastanza buono, ha preso quasi sempre con qualche piccolo lag.

The staff were great when I emailed them with questions. The device itself was difficult to keep charged and would die quickly. Overall, I’m glad I had it.

Ottima soluzione per noleggiare un pocket wifi in Giappone. Il servizio clienti online è risultato tempestivo nelle risposte sia prima del noleggio che dopo. Comodo e veloce il ritiro all'aeroporto Narita, come pure la riconsegna nella cassetta postale all'aeroporto Kansai. L'uso è molto semplice, sempre efficace la connessione. Comodo il power bank aggiuntivo, anche se non abbiamo avuto necessità di usarlo. Sicuramente consigliato

This is our second time visiting Japan, and just like the first time, we used Japan Wireless to help navigate our way around Tokyo.
The price is very good for the time you get it, the internet is reliable and it’s very convenient to pick up, and just as easy to drop off.
I use 1 for me and my wife, for a week.
As long as you charge it every night, the WiFi lasts about 14 hours per day
Comes with charger, portable charger and a wire to charge it.

We plan on visit Japan again and I will 100% be using this since I already trust it.
