Everything basically went as well as was described. Had a glitch with bus transportation as it was assumed to be included like last several years but got it covered.

Great other than...
We loved the experience, access to the stages and the bathrooms, however, the bathrooms needed to be better maintained, my biggest problem was people who weren't supposed to be in the VIP area that kept getting in due to lax security. Also in the tented area several people would "save" tables for the entire day. Meaning more than 1 spot for themselves so they could go back and forth for the acts they wanted to see. While the rest of us stood. We paid extra to have the privilege and it was sad to see such selfish people.

Festival booking with Jampack
All of my bookings were correct. Had no problem getting my tickets or anything that came with my package. I will use again on my next festival.

It was one of the best experiences…
It was one of the best experiences booking with Jampack! They went above and beyond. We went to Alan Jackson and their welcome party was over the top and so unexpected. Our accomodations were so good too. We definitely will be booking with them again.

Booked a hotel and ticket package
Booked a hotel and ticket package. Could not cancel hotel. Could only get a credit for another festival. Festivals in FL, NV, PA, no where near my state. Or I can find someone to transfer my reservation to. I cannot even get a credit to the hotel I booked. That is not an option. Not acceptable. There needs to be a hotel credit option that does not involve travel across country.

I spent a large amount on a festival, Cruel World, and an array of products to support the show. As in most cases it was 8 months from the purchase to the event. Event went off fine but getting the added merchandise promised has ended up being a headache as I expected. Shortly after purchase I moved and sent in requests including in Facebook blog for update to my mailing address. Ultimately I surfed around the app updating my address. Low and behold in April merchandise started showing up at my new home. Now the end of June I get an email the LP and other item was returned because it was sent to the old address. Now they want ME to caught up another $9 for THEIR mistake.
This just about ended it with festivals for me in the states. Over priced mismanaged train wreck.
