Eazy peezy smooth as silk took 2 seconds

I contacted Jampack to ask if their buses were able to accommodate motorized wheelchairs. After an initial response that I needed to contact the venue to find this out, I received a follow up email. The customer service represented contacted her supervisor to request more information, she was able to confirm that two of the buses they would be using for Rockville would be able to accommodate motorized wheelchairs which meant my mother and I could attend Rockville!

Smooth experience. Pay as you go plan split into 4 with $20 down was what sealed the deal. Having multi packs of tickets was awesome. We did a 4 pack for our group. Would also like to see 6, 8, and 12 packs of tickets for discounted rates. Autopay experience was smooth as well.

The wrist band that was sent to me was already tightened so couldn't get it on my wrist but no issues they exchanged it at the gate of the event no problems no extra charge

The booking process was great! There were many options to choose from. This is the first time that I have used them so far so good!

Good deals easy to use site

Everything basically went as well as was described. Had a glitch with bus transportation as it was assumed to be included like last several years but got it covered.

Everything was wonderful except for the fact that we were led to believe that we had transportation to and from the event!! Which made a big difference in how much we could drink!!

My daughter and I had a blast! The lineup and the way they adapted to weather was fantastic. I would have liked more time between lineups

Overall it was easy to use, but I did run into an issue when checking in. For some reason the room reservation was under a name of someone else entirely (my best guess is the person at Jampack who booked the room?), so they had trouble finding my reservation. I even gave the desk clerk the confirmation number, but because it did not match my name, she was hesitant to check me in. It wasn't until she finally checked the "notes" section in the reservation that she found my name, and confirmed I was telling the truth. So it all worked out in the end, but definitely something to improve/avoid in the future.

Booking experience was great. Wish the venue would give it the dates of the event sooner for available booking options.

It was an easy experience booking through Jampack.

I was so happy to combine the concert tickets and the hotel etc. Website was easy. I felt supported up until the check-in day. I was pretty disappointed in the room at the hotel however. I felt we paid top dollar for the date and hotel (looking at the average prices) and we were given a poor room location on the second floor above the lobby looking directly at streetlights, and the parking garage (even after calling ahead and requesting a view and being a member of the hotel's loyalty club.) I guess that's the only drawback I see to using this service.
