Very poor service/low quality product
Very poor service. I ordered 2 salwar kameez. 1 which they showed on video call was okay however another piece was of very poor quality.nothing as shown in the pictures. I informed them same time i got delivery and just been told to contact the customer service number. I got a friend who purchased the same product from a different supplier and the quality was totally different. Immediately sent them the comparison and demanded a refund. After several follow ups they came back to a 10% refund. After I refused and told to take the matter forward came back with 20% now after I said I have full evidence of the difference they came back with 30% refund and saying if I ship it bsck they will deduct the customs and shipping fee. Its been a week abd iam still stuck with a crap product that nobody will even wear and they refusing to give a proper refund. When I have clear evidence of the actual product and the quality difference. Customer service doesnt answer calls only message and that too with numerous follow ups. Reporting this site total waste of money
