Jack Archer Anmeldelser

Great pants and shirts for summer wear. Unfortunately my last order was shipped by "Amazon" and was NEVER delivered, despite me getting an email stating that it was. We have a full time doorman that accepts all packages that was ON DUTY on the day (July 8th) that they said they delivered the package. Getting a response from JackArcher.com has been HORRIBLE so far (I've been trying for a week)!!

Their jetsetter pants fit nicely but customer service is a drag. The pants I bought went on sale a few days later but they cannot do a price adjustment. I would have to return the pants and then repurchase them at the new lower price.
What a waste of time for both the company and me.

My order was delayed with no reason given. I reached out and customer service addressed the problem. Not only was it fixed, they upgraded the shipping to overnight so I had my order for an upcoming trip. Extremely helpful and professional. The products are also great quality.

pants arrived in nice sealed bag. Found them to be a bit short for my size. Initiated exchange on website. Took just a few minutes and a new pair was on the way. Even sent me a return shipping label. Alexander handled the whole exchange process. Professional, no hassle. Really like the fit, feel and quality of the Jetsetter. Will definitely order more.

My zipper broke on 6 month old Jack Archer Jet set pants - I reached out to see if they could repair it or help me learn how to - instead they replaced the pants at no charge ! a VERY pleasant surprise ! The pants are great and the service is incredible if you ever need it.

Quality products and fantastic customer support!

Aside from liking the products, the customer service has been excellent. I made a mistake in my order and was able to get it corrected easlily. Thanks!

Customer Service response was to my question was quick and answered my question and concerns. Outstanding!

I have worn Jack Archer Jetsetter pants and shorts for more than four years. They are top quality well made clothing. They are very stylish and well fitting. Nothing better on the market! No other shorts out there have such a great look and style. They are also long lasting. Time to buy some more 👍🏻

Excellent customer service and an excellent product. I needed a special exchange request handled through chat, and Maite made the entire process incredibly easy. She handled my somewhat complex exchange quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. Experiences like that really build confidence in a brand.
As for the pants, they exceeded expectations. The 28" inseam option is a huge advantage and something many brands still don’t offer. The Slim Fit is especially well designed for guys who often find slim pants too tight or regular fits too baggy in the thighs. These strike the perfect balance — tailored and flattering through the leg and seat while still being comfortable and not overly tapered at the ankle.
Great fit, great comfort, and great customer support. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

great service, product and communication

Great products especially the pants

Superior customer service. I emailed them and I had a response from Alicia within hours. She asked for a picture and within hours Alicia said they were sending a new pair. The quality and service are top notch and continue doing business with them. Thank you Jack Archer for taking care of your customers.

The entire Jack Archer team is amazing and the clothes feel so comfortable and versatile.

I am on my fourth pair of Jet Setter pants. Had an issue with the last pair I purchased, an issue where I was completely at fault. I reached out to the customer service team and they immediately responded. Within one day a free of charge replacement pair of pants was sent to me. Doesn't get much better than that! Thank you.

My husband loves the quality of the Jetsetter pants. The customer service was great when I reached out for help with a return.

Great pants, good customer service.

Great service and responsiveness. Great product that I keep buying more of
I wish they had tall sizes, but all their clothing has been great so far. Very comfortable and stylish.
Had an issue with a zipper and they immediately replaced my pants.

Excellent Customer Service !

They Definitely went Above and Beyond for me.
I will definitely recommend your Clothes.
My new pants are getting lots of positive comments from coworkers and customers.

Nice pants but I asked about returning the shirt - guy said yes in the email back and forth - then was not able to "rejected" on the return sight. I'm ok w/ any return policy as long as it's clear and fair. But I won't waste time w/ a company that tells me one thing then website does another. Very frustrating.

Your customer service is as good as Amazon and they are amazing. Really stand behind your product. Very responsive in rapid order.
