Jack Archer Anmeldelser

Was totally impressed how quickly they responded to question about a free item with my order, but then I forgot to add it to my cart. Got another email offering to send it to me for free, even shipping. I'm very satisfied and happy customer with your products and customer service. Thanks!

What made my experience great was to my much chagrined surprise and after decades of wardrobe building for others I was at a complete stand still for my garment choices for myself. Fashion is fast and changes quickly the professionals were totally awesome!

Product looks as expected. Customer service for the exchange was better than I deserve........ thx

Amazing authentic customer service with humans who respond quickly in real time. Compliments the best pants I’ve ever had. And my wife loves him as well. Presents the male very well, as well as exceptionally comfortable, and easy care. Now my “go to” pants for every occasion. Have had multiple purchases and always an excellent experience. Hands-down the leader.

Great products and great customer service!

What was an issue with my order from Jack Archer was resolved to my complete satisfaction with the help of the JA team member.
Thank you

My first purchase and needed to exchange. Chat function explained the return/exchange process clearly and so everything smooth and orderly. Thank you. PS the items that did fit were fantastic and I purchased a few more!

iterated with me and gave me comfort in buying a size that is appropriate.

"Excellent products and far superior service. Any company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers will earn lifelong customer loyalty."

I completed my order without requesting the quickest delivery available. Contacted customer service and they made it happen.

Once I found a way to communicate with someone (or something?), via Online Chat, my issue was resolved. There has been a significant delay in the shipping of my order. The Chat rep saw the issue and initiated a resolution and removed shipping costs I had incurred. I have to be honest, I was very frustrated trying to find a way to communicate. I have the app and I have an account. I couldn't sign in and kept receiving an error message regarding my email being incorrect. I verified I was using the correct email but to no avail. I tried to make contact through the app but it was impossible. The FAQ's and/or help topics were of no use as far as my particular problem. The Contact Us tab produced nothing, just a blank screen. I wish your app was as good as your pants. Fortunately I was able to get on your website and found a Chat option. Maite was very helpful.

I love Jack Archer pants. Very comfortable, and easy to care for, i’ve traveled with them all over the world and they’re the best for packing light but arriving in fashion.
