Premium priced men’s underwear that developed holes between the band and the rest of the garment in under 3 weeks of moderate use. Will never buy again. Very disappointed. Poor quality especially for the price. Threw them out.

Bought a pair of shorts via Labor Day sale. Turns out they are a very ugly cream color that I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing. Tried to return but it was a final sale. So a waste of $60.

No surprised they have such a low score. They lure you in with a promo wheelspin and when you try to apply the code it just says "this is not available to you". No reason why. So you get all the way to checkout and they rug pull you and basically say tough luck. What a rip off. Then you try to chat with customer service and conveniently they are closed lol.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of Mack Weldon’s products and how my warranty issue was handled.

The elastic seams on my Mack Weldon underwear began rapidly degrading and shedding, despite relatively normal use. I’ve had underwear from other brands, including Calvin Klein, in my closet for 2+ years that has held up significantly better.

I purchased the Mack Weldon products through Saks Fifth Avenue and provided proof of purchase. Mack Weldon’s response was essentially that because I purchased through Saks, they couldn’t access the order details and therefore couldn’t replace the product. I find that excuse pretty unreasonable. If Saks is an authorized retailer, the customer shouldn’t be left stuck between the retailer and manufacturer when they have already provided proof of purchase.

What made the response even more frustrating was being offered 50% off another 3-pack. Even at 50% off, Mack Weldon is still more expensive than alternatives I’ve owned for years and, in my experience, those alternatives have proven to be much more durable.

If the product had simply failed, I could understand that things happen. What really soured me was the unwillingness to stand behind the product and the suggestion that I should spend even more money on the same product after having a poor experience with it.

Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing Mack Weldon again.

Based on my experience, the quality doesn’t justify the price, and the customer service response certainly didn’t inspire any confidence in the brand.

Really thin low quality material shirt. Puling it even slightly with your fingers leaves a mark on the shirt. Also, your nipples showing right through are the only feature on the shirt. The shirts are also too small for their size. For a $58 T-shirt they should also not be charging $4 return insurance.

The person I brought the hoodie for liked the item.

CUSTOMERR SERVICE IS AWFUL
Placed order, credit card charged and order confirmed on 8/5. As of 8/11 heard nothing. Upon inquiry received BS response about having to "elevate" my request to her team. On 8/12 still no info other then order was still being processed. One would think that for a company claiming premium status customer service would be better.

Ordered the boxer briefs and went in with high hopes since the material itself is genuinely great quality. Unfortunately, the stitching let it down badly, some of the worst I've seen in any garment, let alone a "premium" pair of underwear. Loose threads were visible right out of the packaging, and more kept appearing the more I wore them. Such a shame, because the fabric alone had real potential.

At this moment, I can only review the outstanding customer service. I placed an order for my nephew but I mailed to an old address. When I realized, I reached out and they said that they are happy to work with me to get it rerouted. It is sad that I am not used to this level of customer satisfaction but this should be the standard. Bravo.

I purchased my” for daily wear” men’s briefs 12 years ago, 10 pairs. I just got a hole in one of my briefs along the beltline, first time ever. It’s been an amazing product. Bill.

This brand used to be cool, in touch and premium. I just unsubscribed from their texts and their emails because the last several “updates” I’ve received from “Matt” (I don’t know who Matt is but I can remember years ago when I ordered lots of products responding to an email and actually getting a response back from someone who actually worked for MW and not some horrible 3rd party customer service).

Their clothing has become tired, boring and really overpriced. I do not put them in the same class as Lulu or Vuori but that’s what they are charging. They just sent an email about new soft shorts and I thought “let me take a look at these!” They are a 9” inseam! I mean, really, who is wearing that long of a casual short anymore? The decline has been sharp and quick. Their in-stocks have also declined (why no larges in stock??) and they’ve eliminated a number of the basics that kept me there (I loved their trunks, but all they mostly have now is the 18 hour trunk which is my least favorite).

They also closed their store in Boston but in my visit there they didn’t have much — it was like a showroom where you tell people what you want and they retrieve it. Why any retailer would build a store like that, I have no idea.

One of the worst products I’ve ever bought. Immediately started to fall apart within months of purchase. I had initially had the boxers for years with no issues and then switched to the briefs. The elastic pulls basically immediately, threads pull, loops come out if not already broken, and what you just bought for more support than the boxers ends up having less support almost immediately. My guess is another example of a company that sold out and made worse products for more product. Would highly recommend staying away. For such an expensive brand this quality is totally unacceptable.

The customer service would be unacceptably poor for a budget brand, but unconscionable for a brand that imagines itself as a higher tier offering. I'm currently sitting here, several weeks since I placed my order, and I have had no updates or any communication whatsoever. They charged me right away, but have yet to process the order in any way. I have made numerous attempts to contact support, but all of my emails and texts have gone unanswered, and their online chat feature is simply broken (I'm a software engineer, I can see the error messages it's generating under the hood). My experience with Mack Weldon has been a dead-end wall of silence and I'm beyond frustrated.

LOVE THESE. My Mack Weldon boxers have gone from being my favourite boxers to the only ones I now wear. Great material and fit. I especially love the absence of a seam down the center. THIS IS AMAZING. Especially if you've been riding an indoor bike in hot conditions and can do without an obnoxious ass-seam adding to the grind for the rest of the day. These boxers also serve as my lounge short at home on hot days. It gets humid here on the Gold Coast. FOr the record, if it helps, I'm, 5ft11, about 81kg, athletic build, lift weights and do triathlons, and the Large fits me perfectly. I like having the extra room, especially given my glutes are bigger than average from weights and cycling = big ass. I also love the Poplin Short Sleeve Shirt - Chambray Crosshatch / L, which my wife got me for Christmas. Also found there is great customer service. Australian companies really need to following this standard.

This was the first Mark Weldon product I bought. I saw it had good reviews elsewhere so I ordered sweatpants. They were expensive. It took two weeks for me to receive it.

As soon as I got it I tried it on. The waist was too tight, the legs were too long, and the material was heavy and uncomfortable.

So I wanted to return it for a refund and I found out that despite their "try on guarantee" I had to pay for return shipping. I also paid to have it shipped too me!

Never again.

Won't process a cancellation. Completely ignoring me. Chat doesn't work, text doesn't work, email doesn't work and they don't have a phone number to call.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone at Mack Weldon. Their chat button doesn’t work and they have yet to respond to my email.

I have 2 purchases awaiting resolution:

1) I sent a shirt back for an even exchange, yet they have removed my 20% discount and are charging me the additional $30. I have requested and am awaiting a refund

2) I ordered a wool sweater and CS reached out to me to tell me it was out of stock. I checked their website and the item is in stock. They have charged me for the $200 sweater yet have sent me nothing.

So at this moment, Mack Weldon has charged me about $325 and has sent me nothing. I have reached out to them to resolve these issues yet have had no response after sending them an email 2 days ago.

I’m sure it will eventually get resolved, but I’d rather spend my $ on companies with excellent customer service. You’ve lost a customer Mack Weldon.

I have been a loyal customer to this company. I have purchased multiple ACE sweatpants from them, on a handful of occasions. Despite being able to see the consistency, they stopped replying to me after I explained I have a missing package. I had gotten a gift for my family im visiting. Also, recently, as many people know, there is a shortage of workers in certain fields. It seems like USPS is also dealing with this, because they messed up my mail before recently.

Instead of trying to understand my situation, the person speaking with me at MW stopped replying when I asked for a refund for my order. Now I’m a reasonable person. If you cannot refund me, at least reach out and reply to me and let me know what you can do, since I didn’t receive the item. Ideally yes, I want my money back. I ordered a 2nd time for everything to get here in time with expedited shipping but the 1st order remains an unresolved issue.

Overall, the sweatpants are really nice, but this type of customer service is a huge turn off. I don’t think the customer is always right but the merchant cutting off communication demonstrates a lack of communication, understanding, and respect. If you don’t want to be there for your clients why would they give you their business or tell others about you??

Over the past 5 years I've purchased a dozen pairs of the 3" Trunk, all are still serviceable and in rotation. They may be the most comfortable undershorts I've ever worn and perhaps the most durable. If you are a military veteran, the company provides a slight discount. I've returned one other style that I purchased early on and had no problems with the return process.
