I love Jack Archer clothing. Most of my wardrobe is made up of their pants, shorts, shirts, and underwear. The quality and fit are unmatched, and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Jack Archer!

had some difficulties returning online from the return link . Could be user error so I thought to use the chat online and it was perfect. Made return for 2 items for different sizes in about 3 minutes. Printed shipping label from the chat and I'm good to go. Thanks!

These pants are great. I prefer slim and that is how they fit. Stain and wrinkle resistant, thus great or airline travel. I have multiple pair in multiple colors. Great for Latin dancing.

I ordered the wrong size so reached out to Jack Archer for help. They replied immediately, sent me a return label then a replacement pair all in a matter of a few days. They were courteous, fast and did exactly what they said they would do. The pants fit perfectly and are really comfortable. Wear dress shoes and look business ready. Wear causal shoes and be out with friends or a date ready.

Was very helpful even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted. due to not having inventory of the items I was asking for. I did get a refund which I appreciated but would have rather gotten a new belt

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colors, contacted the health center and they came through for me. Now getting the colors I want, never thought it would happen. Thank you hope center.

Love this company, they have great quality pants for the price point they’re offered at. Needed to submit a return recently and unintentionally I did not return it within the window to receive my refund. They were very understanding and allowed me a one-time refund despite my mistake. I recommend this brand for everyone.

I like the products offered by Jack Archer. I returned to the site to purchase some shorts to go away with. They advertised a special “(Long Weekend Package 3 sets of shorts)”. The pricing was a great deal for me. However there were numerous items that were back ordered and I’m sure they were popular colors. I tried to purchase the special and wanted to close the sale with a back ordered item and they wouldn’t let me. So essentially the special was only a special if you purchased the items in stock. I went back and forth with them to no avail. In my mind it was a deceptive process solely to the advantage of the seller!
